Fawlty towers,3 day after IT incident and all black screens unable to do most things checking in lift not functioning and the following 2 days lift just a big mess.To have a Hilton with staff barely speaking english tells me here most things are shaved down to a minimum.On a positive side,staff at bars and breakfast service very very good and friendly.

Noisy, 6am staff start cleaning, very loud. Air Condition was not working Shower Hot and cold water temperature keeps changing. no/empty shower gel. Towels are only for 1 person Trash outside balcony

There was door banging noise in the early morning hours. Perhaps the cleaning crew going in and out of what appeared a supply room. Our neighbors directly above our room had the same complaint. Air conditioning controls were not responsive. Regardless of what temperature I set, it had a mind of its own. The bathroom lighting was insufficient and kind of dim. The water temperature would change suddenly from warm to hot, to cold all without me changing it. The bathroom ventilation was severely inadequate which created damp conditions, and the shower ceiling had developed some mold in the corner. We brought these to the attention of the hotel. Their "investigation" concluded none of it was theirs to fix. The noise was due to fair being setup quarter a mile away. The water temperature was due to building age. The bathroom ventilation concern never addressed. The mold they could not find upon inspection, but I took a photo in which black dots are visible in the corner of the ceiling.

We stayed here for one night as the hotel is located conveniently for Wembley Stadium. Good value hotel, clean and tidy room which was well - equipped. Highlights were the breakfast, which was amazing, and the very welcoming staff on reception.

Booked a twin room , upon arrival given accessible Queen, advised could not be changed as no availability. No twin rooms, yet Hilton & Hotel.Com had twin rooms available, so either staff could not be bothered or both Hilton &Hotel.Com were advertising unavailable rooms.

Hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the tube but 30 to 40 minute ride to attractions. No pubs within walking distance. Neighborhood you walk through to get to tube is a a bit sketchy.

Was good quiet stay

Needed a bed for the night in Ealing and this was ideal. Good service, pleasant food. As a largish person I found the bathroom tight.

Very clean and beautiful looking lobby and dining area. Outside appearance should be beautified. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. For some reason Samsung TV would not connect with Apple devices.

We booked a weekend at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Ealing, for a Taylor Swift concert. When we first arrived, it was extremely busy with checkins, staff could have been more friendly, we were pretty much ignored, they explained they were busy as fully booked, which was fair enough. Room was pretty basic, premier inns, are much nicer, but the fridge was a nice touch. The first evening we were there, there was a high school prom which was not too bad. On the second night after the concert, we came back and was greeted by a gypsy wedding, absolutely kicking off. There was people fighting everywhere, inside and outside the hotel! Our taxi actually said 'your hotel looks crazy!'. There was broken glass and drinks smashed all throughout the lobby. We had to be escorted to the lift by a member of staff. I had never been so frightened in all my life! The noise was really bad. The next morning, you could still see that they were trying to clean up from the night before. It all put a dampner on our stay to be honest. Wouldn't visit again.

Excellent stay at this Hilton. We’ve stayed here once before many years ago before covid and this time it was equally as good. The on-site car park is very handy, and you are only a 3-5 min walk away from Ealing Common station and into central London in half an hour thanks to the Elizabeth line at Ealing Broadway. Excellent breakfast, and a nice bonus was letting us leave our car in the car park for a few hours whilst we popped into Central London after we had checked out. Will definitely return to this Hilton in the future.

Excellent service and a lovely, clean and smart room. Only issue was that there were several loud celebrations on the ground floor late into the night.

Entering the facility it was nice , when I first entered my room I saw stains on the blinds and on sheets other than that sheets were changed blind stains were still evident .

WE BOOKED INTO THE DOUBLETREE HILTON IN EALING BECAUSE OF ITS PROXIMITY TO PITZHANGER MANOR WHERE THE ANTIQUES ROADSHOW WAS FILMING. IT EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS & WAS SUPERB. EASY PARKING, COMFORTABLE CLEAN ROOM, VERY VERY GOOD SERVICE & DELICIOUS FOOD. THE MAITRE D' WAS A CHARMING & VERY HELPFUL MAN WHO RUSTLED UP BREAKFAST EVEN THOUGH WE WERE TOO LATE. ALL IN ALL A VERY EASY, COMFORTABLE, HIGH STANDARD OF HOTEL.

Nice hotel, plenty of parking, lovely breakfast, very convenient to Earling Common underground.

Would stay again but room was tiny. Overall good experience. But no atmosphere as such. Biggest issue was size of room.

No electricity car charger that worked on

Parking is really convenient and the area is not congested making it an easy drive to the hotel. Tube station just around the corner. Staff are very friendly and hotel is nice and clean.

Decent hotel, good location about 3 minutes walk to tube station, good breakfast too. Greeted with a warm Easter cookie on arrival which was a nice touch as well.
