Bad service that in Recife with 30C temp , the hotel does not offer complimentary water every day. Also the elevator are wrongly programed . You push the down bottom , the elevator stops at your floor and continue to go up ...many customers complaining about spending time in the elevator in a very ineficient way. The breakfast do not have fresh vegetables. The reception area is still under remodelation after more than a year ...no space to seat and wait ..easily full

If you want to rely on wifi forget it, this is not the place. It was affordable good location but the hotel definitely needs some work done . The painting on the wall in My bathroom (room 815) was falling apart and the smell unbearable. But again . Affordable

Very good hotel a cross the beach. Personal very friendly. I will be back for sure.

The location is great. The restaurant over looks the beach. I don't like to complain but there were a few things. the bed was a little bit hard and the other thing was the AC was not working well. At night I was sweating, even when it was at the lowest setting 15c.

Be aware that when you arrive at this location, the bellboy won’t help you with your bags, the parking charges you before entering the hotel and don’t fool yourself with the beach in front, walking at night there a man tried to rob us with a gun. We escaped running, thank God we were less than 50 meters away from the hotel and the man didn’t took the shot!

The hotel lobby was under renovations. The room had a beautiful view and it was spacious but it had very old furniture and the beds were terrible. The staff is very friendly but need training. The room service was very overpriced. Not a great experience for what I paid.

everything was fine bu i got disappointed because none of the outlets in my room was working and they didn’t get me another room.

Nice view of the beach, close to many restaurants. The property has very bad maintenance. The roof on the 6th floor was leaking. There was water constantly all over the main hallway. My room was also not very good.

Service was extremely helpful and caring.

The hotel is outdated, leaks stemming from the AC in the hallways and in the rooms. rooms lack basic amenities such as a simple coffee maker. I requested service for a clogged toilet and it took over 14 hours for maintenance to show up. I wouldn’t recommend staying g in room 702.

Standard hotel a block back from the beach. All clean generally with decent room. Breakfast area had to cope with a large number of guests so it was more like a canteen.Seemed to be popular with local families.A taxi ride away from old Recife and the sights.

I know it's a high season, but that makes no excuse for the hotel to reduce their cares to the customers, especially when you paid for a premium suite for your vacation with them. Every minute counts. I arrived at the hotel at the time for check-in, but the reception told that the room is yet ready and shall be ready in about 20 minutes. So I waited at the lobby. Then later I went to the reception again, the lady said that I can wait at the pool, the room is not ready and should be OK in 40 minutes. Then I was left in the lobby unattended. During the waiting, there is no place for me to get some water, nor did anyone introduced or guided me to the "pool" they mentioned. It seemed that they assume I already knew everything about the hotel. After more than an hour of waiting, I finally got my room and also found the "pool area" they mentioned before. All services there are paid, food or drink. I was wondering why would I pay MORE money for just waiting my own premium suit and the house just take no responsibility? Not even a welcome drink for the guest to refresh and get hydrated for a little? Not a hotel that I will book again at a high season nor their premium rooms, it's just not worth the penny.

Property needs urgently a renovation. They also needs to desperately change their cleaning process, we had to change rooms as the first one simply had a filthy bathroom with a bathtub that didn’t even have a drainer…

Terrible l lot my vacation reservations the United customer service was Under disgusted. I’m property report everything to the supervisor this coming Monday. And you guys gonna have to my for my lost reservation.

Customer service and cleanliness are subpar, this hotel should not be a 4 star hotel, it should be a 2 or 3 star hotel at most. Me and my bf arrived here late in the evening and the check in was fine but it took forever, they are super slow. And then after about 30 minutes, we finally got our key to go to our room. Only it was the wrong room! We booked a suite but received a normal room, which was half the size of the suite. We went back downstairs to get it changed but they said there was nothing they could do! We ended up only being able to stay in the suite 3 out of 4 nights. There was no compensation or discount given to us for this night that was lost. If we wanted to stay in a suite for 3 nights, we would have booked somewhere else. Customer service is not helpful at all and they are understaffed. Additionally, the first room we stayed in was extremely dirty! Yellow stains on the bedsheets, and flys all over the wall. And in the second room we received, the window was cracked. I do not recommend you to stay here, for the price, it is not worth it. Find another hotel along the beach, there are a ton. The only good thing was the view, which the hotel is literally right in front of.
