It was a nice resort right on the beach It was everything the pictures showed and the staff and cleanliness was top notch

Great place to stay. Very convenient being right in the middle of everything. Can walk to almost anywhere! The staff was purely AMAZING! Always going above and beyond and extremely friendly! One suggestion would be to add either microwaves to the rooms or somewhere accessible for guests. Also, a little disappointed that there isn’t direct beach access but we made due and still thought the property was gorgeous and we would definitely stay here again!!

I had the best stay at Sunbreeze Hotel. The staff is friendly and hospitable. delicious drinks, food and fun bar staff. I got PADI certified around the corner with the convenience of a 5 min walk. So close to shops, groceries, bars and restaurants. I walked from the ferry and walked to the airport! Very clean and has everything you need for a wonderful stay in Belize!

All around a most pleasant stay The staff was extraordinary in every aspect !

This was a very nice stay Highlighted by Extremely nice staff at both the hotel and the restaurant, daily cleaning staff in rooms and all-around. The food was quite good at all meals, with weekly specials and the hotel is in walking distance of other fine food establishments for a little variets. The manager arranged some special deals for us. Belize is especially appealing for scuba and snorkel groups rather than just beach folks. Gym across the street.

The staff was beyond nice and exceeded my expectations. The place was like always walking into a slice of heaven after coming in from the hustle and bussle of San Pedro. The restaurant on sight was one of the best on the island. I ate there four out of seven nights and was never disappointed. There too the staff was stellar and extremely nice. (My only complaint if any, was that the mattresses were a little too soft for my liking. Maybe need to be replaced.) Overall, I would highly recommend the Sun Breeze hotel, especially if it is your first visit to Belize! Very convenient to everything, a great dive shop on sight, very clean and exceedingly polite and friendly staff! What else do you need?

Highly recommend staying at the Sunbreeze hotel. The staff are amazing and the rooms are clean. The food at the Blue Water Grill was delicious.

Our experience at Sunbreeze Hotel was just beyond perfect! I can not speak more highly of the staff, they go above and beyond to make excursions happen for their guests and are so friendly. Tropic Air is literally across the street (10ft), cart rentals right outside the door, and restaurants all right there. The restaurant onsite was just fabulous. Walkable to both ferries on island. We will be back!

I stay here often. It is reasonable, the location is great, the staff are courteous and friendly, and it is always clean. The pool is always clean as well. The bar and restaurant staff are always friendly and accommodating. I think it's a hidden gem in San Pedro.

We were so happy with our mini-resort! Sunbreeze has a pool and restaurant right on the water and the staff could teach a master class on politeness. It is the best option for being in town!

5 star pseudo resort in San Pedro. Beach access, amazing pool, clean, complimentary coffee, walkable, staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. Great air conditioning, ice, food, everything. 10/10 will be back and would recommend to anyone

Nice location, pool and staff.

The hotel is lovely but the staff made it special! Those ladies at the front desk managed miracles for me on a daily basis. Even during spring break they somehow found us tours and a golf cart last minute. And the restaurant at the hotel is really one of the best in Belize City. It’s across the street from the airport which was great for coming and going and while you hear the occasional plane during the day it wasn’t an issue for me and the evenings are perfect and quiet.

The staff here are amazing. I enjoyed the location and everything about it.

The room was outdated, but clean

Sunbreeze Hotel was perfect for our stay in Belize - great location in San Pedro, walkable to many restaurants, shops and activities/docks. The common areas (pool and courtyard) were lovely - clean, inviting, well-appointed with seating. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff is wonderful - friendly and helpful.

The layout is a typical motel, and yes, it is close to everything, but what they don’t mention here is, that it is literally nextdoor to an elementary school. So if you fancy some afternoon nap, forget it. Also, their TV and cable box are a weird system, so that you need to know the tricks to get the TV working at all, the remote contact in our “premiere” room was so poor, you’d have to click the button a few times for the channels to start changing, and at times it wouldn’t move at all. The beach is not really swimmable either. So..,, be warned. I think it’s overpriced for what it is.

This property was so convenient to everything!! Especially the airport. Right across the road!! The staff was A ,restaurant A ! The only problem we had was actually not knowing when you get out the main airport we had to take a boat or plane to actually get to the property lol.

We loved our stay at the Sunbreeze! The staff is super friendly, especially Rian. The room was very clean and we love the atmosphere, like the hammocks and the sand filled court yard. It was right on the water which made walking to our diveshop super easy. It is also conveniently located right by the airport and walking distance from some great restaurants.

Walking distance of airport and close to many options of restaurants and shopping.. Surprisingly minimal airport noise once inside property. Clean, well- maintained property. Staff pleasant and helpful. Will stay here again!
