The only thing that I didn’t like was that handicap room that was assigned to me. Save it for someone that needs which makes my stay more enjoyable. Oh, the cricket in the room wasn’t welcomed.

This would have been a great place but it was too noisy and the tub was clogged and still dirty the bed was broken in the middle unable to sleep in correctly never again

They sent housekeeping early morning being we were checking out in a couple of hours. 30 minutes before checkout they were stomping our door to check out.

The front desk at check in, Erin was very professional and courteous answered all of our questions that we had. She rocks. At check out, the front desk was professional and courteous also. Ill be staying there again.

Front desk staff were so wonderful. One day they even had a special Thank you for staying with us and had Hot Dogs Lunch for all. That was a first from all the different Hotel we had been to in the past. Thank you

It was “OK”, Phone did not work in the room, outlets in the wall didn’t work, carpet in front of door was raggedy and tattered, bathroom essentials were non-existent. Just ok.

There was blood on the linens. The breakfast was only eggs. The room keys were constantly stopping working. The indoor heated pool was freezing and the ac was on full blast in the pool room even though staff knew the sensor for heating the water was out. No towels were available for the pool area and had to be checked out from the front desk and one of the towels we checked out was some sort of dish drying blanket. I was charged an additiònal incidentals fee without warning and still have not had it returned and staff was rude when ive called to ask about it.

The only problem we had while we were staying there was that the room keys would stop working and we would have to go down to the front desk to have them reactivated.

The room started to flood our clothes an new boots got wet around 2am or so tried to call front desk but the phones did not work so had to go to front desk an explain what was happening he finally moved us to a different room didn’t get any sleep Iam not happy hopefully you can refund me back my money if you don’t refund me the money then that will be the last time I stay I’ve always stayed at these hotels it was my husband and I 1st anniversary it it was ruined

Mildew on the bathroom ceiling, dead cockroach on the floor.

It’s an older property but clean. They did a hatchet job on wallpaper repairs. Maintenance staff lacks skill.

I just stayed over night

Electrical outlets throughout the room were so loose that I could not get a good enough connection to power the chargers for my watch or phone. This is a concern that means I won't be returning to this hotel. It's past time for this chain to update and correct the functions before they cause a short circuit that creates a fire.
