The breakfest and Location was good

It was fairly close to the hwy. The beds very very comfy, we had a great night’s sleep. The staff was easy to work with. The breakfast was okay.

The elevator was slow and made a very loud sound when the door was left open too long. I had issues with my confirmation from booking.com to get into my room. The woman at the front desk was very apologetic for the length of time it took to check in. AGAIN this was NOT from the hotel but was due to BOOKING.COM.

The staff was superb. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. AC was on for us when we arrived which is amazing in 110 degree heat!

Elevator was a little sketchy. Had a staff member ask if it was “acting up again” while we were waiting. Only 3 people allowed on at a time.

Our room was not ready at 3pm!! The door would lock. Elevator was stalled.

We met family there with the sole purpose of swimming and the pool was dirty and they had to close it. Spoke to the front desk and they said the pool is not guaranteed when booking a room and that it wasn’t there responsibility. Was not happy with our stay.

Breakfast was good. A clean room, with great pillows. And friendly staff

The sanitizer smell was overwhelmingly too strong. Noisy from outside
