Great stay and friendly staff! Stay away from the LG Smith steakhouse overpriced and the unexpected upcharges are insane. I would stay at the property again.

This hotel was great. Kind personnel and nice, open spaces to feel the breeze, but protected from the sun. The access to Flamingo Island proved invaluable. The location also positions you well to walk about and visit shops and other interests.

The stay was good our initial room was flooded so they “upgraded” us to a new room but it was exactly the same room. The new rooms TV didn’t work so that was annoying. Other than that staff was very friendly de palm tours is great as well.

Nice property, pool too small for size of hotel. All staff were friendly and accommodating. Nice to have access to the bigger pool area at Ocean suites and the island.

Loved all of the options we got with this property, the accessibility to the other hotel suites with more restaurants, and pools and even the private island. Everything was very easy to book, included or not they made it very seamless. Staff was great and very friendly, we only wish some of the service was alittle quicker.

The Renaissance Resort, Marketplace, shops within the building and Marketplace and The Renaissance Island are all very good. Behind the Harbour Hotel part the shops are empty making the area look run down. The staff are all exceptionally friendly alway a cheery Bon dia from them. Food at the hotel is great but there are other places to go. ENJOY!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. We chose this property because It guaranteed Us to be able to go to the flamingo beach and see the flamingos. I highly recommend.

We really enjoyed this resort and all it had to offer. Downtown was directly behind us and there are a number of restaurants within walking distance. It is also a short can ride to the hotel area.

Loved our stay at this hotel. Did the All Inclusive
& was very happy with the food options. More relaxed & quiet part of the island. Their private island & dinner under the stars is a must. When we arrived though we thought we were staying at family side not adults only. Expedia must change their pics & not lead people to believe they are on oceanside. We had to pay extra to change our hotel from marina side to ocean side. Overall we loved Aruba as first time visitors.

It never disappoints.
Special mention to the wait staff ar Aququrias...Betty (the best waitress ever, #1), Juanita and her crew and Desiree greeting you as you walk into the restaurant.... they are the best.
Housekeeping crew were great....Patricia and Maritza are A1.
Also Kym at the excursion desk was always happy to help with a smile.

Our stay here was fabulous! It’s a beautiful hotel with amazing dining options. Do the all inclusive it is so worth it! Pretty much all drinks and food completely included and the food was amazing. The staff were SO helpful and friendly, the resort was beautiful. It was amazing.
The only complaint I have is there are two different hotels- the marina side which is adult only, and the ocean side which is kid friendly. It seemed like the adult side had less activities and things to do, there was also no night life no clubs or anything for adults to do at night.

Where do I start? This is the most clean, friendly amazing property I’ve ever stayed at! From the food to the staff to the cleanliness of our room to the views of the ocean to the private island I literally have no complaints. I can’t wait to stay here again, we were so pleased with our stay we’ve decided to make this a yearly destination.

I liked that the fact that there is a private beach. The hotel stay was average and the hospitality could’ve been a lot better!

Our stay at the Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort was amazing. Expensive, however, it was not like you pay a lot and feel as though it was not worth it. It was completely worth it. The food, service, and cleanliness was excellent. The private Renaissance Island was was an incredible addition to the resort, and there were really no negatives to speak on. This was an amazing trip. Oh, and if you have the means to add on the "all inclusive" package to your trip, GO FOR IT because the food and drinks can really add up. 5 stars for this resort.

I really enjoyed this resort. My only complaint is the lack of entertainment. Only one night out of the week they have live entertainment. The other days they do not have anything. I am used to staying at Sandals and The Royalton where they have live entertainment throughout the day. This made the experience boring.

Not happy with them charging me a cancellation fee when the Aruba airport shut down. It was not my fault and out of my control. The hotel should have been genuine enough to understand and cancel the 1 night at no charge. Very unhappy about this decision

The staff was so kind to all visitors! Helped everyone get to where they needed to go also great with booking excursions! :) what a wonderful place to stay at!
