Was told i had to put a$40 deposit on room.

One of those hotels people live in as residences. One of those residences were in my room when I checked in. I literally was trying to open this door and a lady came out. When he checked me in a different room the microwave and told refrigerate was nasty. The tub and shower and stains from uncleanliness in it. The whole truth is I'm surprised hotels.com actually let this place on their site!

We took 2 rooms both were smelling. though it says non smoking it smells bad. One room fridge was dirty to the core and the tub was not clean. Couldnt sleep because of smell. Not for family for sure

The hallmark and room reeked of cigarette smoke. There was a lady smoking in the hallway. Saw a drug deal go down in the parking lot. Service was minimal. Room condition was fair. Would never stay there again. Only stayed this time because it was so late.

This property far exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and our room was clean. The only thing I am baffled about is, what happened to my pjs after the first night. I left them on the bed and never found them.

I am there for a week to visit family. The place is just to shower and sleep. There's no pride in keeping clean and running properly. Noted cigarette burns on bed sheets. Smell as well as for over 5 years has a old ice machine has not been working and still is right next to a newer ice maker. The key pass has to be reset every 2 days to get back in your room. They don't take pride at there job

Don’t like that they allow big dogs. Seems like every time I come out my room it’s this guy with the German shepherd coming on at the same time or even as I’m coming out the hotel it’s someone with a big dog

It was absolutely awful and ghetto not only does the staff argue with you because of their dirty linen but somebody got robbed while I was staying there smh I cannot believe I was even here the tv remotes doesn’t work or the Wi-Fi

The stay was ok. I like that they allow pets without a charge. The bed was kind of hard. The a/c didn't work really well. The TV worked fine. Everything was fine, especially for the price. Will stay again.

The room is well organized with a nice size refrigerator, no freezer. The beds are very comfortable and clean. The bathroom sink is a little unusual however appeared new and quite clean. The floors were not as clean as the other surfaces in the room. The evening reception employee is amazing, very friendly and professional. We enjoyed our stay and the price of the room with our pet is wonderful.

You get what you pay for so I want terrible talk about the property but the should really start investing and cleaning more it’s nasty there dirty towels wash clothes old everything they need to improve and the cleanliness otherwise I want be visiting again 😊

The bathtub looked awful I didn't even get to shower. Chipped paint all over made it look dirty too

The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and very polite. He was able to assist us with a place to have dinner

Overall welcoming and as we had liked the dislikes was we got no sort of housekeeping and did not even get asked if we needed any clean linen or anything taken care of.

The room we originally got was already booked by someone else. When we got the room we finally were to stay in it was very stinky! It appeared as if someone had lived in the room. The air conditioning also didn’t work which made the air stuffy and stinky. The hallway often smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be smoke free. People would bang on doors at night. Sure the price is cheap but I would avoid it. Unfortunately with the eclipse we didn’t have many options otherwise we would’ve gone elsewhere.

Our room was very dirty sadly. The shower curtain was very old and had mold and the walls seemed to have dried bbq sauce. The floor was sticky. There was a ball of hair on the restroom floor. The restroom smelled bad. One of the pillow cases had what seemed to be blood. Bed sheets had hair. Our room was 202
