The staff made this stay most enjoyable. They were very friendly and quick to accommodate anything we needed.

We had lot of issues. Bed frame make loud bang when you got in and out of the bed. We told the desk clerk, but no one contacted us about the issue. Breakfast, well might as well not be a breakfast offered, Nothing really to choose from and the coffee was not enough and not good. Hot tub in pool area, you have to contact the desk to get it turned on for 30 minutes. Then ask again when time is up. Recliner has a tear under the arm. We travel to the Springfield, Mo. area frequently, we will never stay at this Days Inn again. Very disappointed.

Breakfast was worthless and the coffee was not good. Otherwise very nice and good value

The lobby was roughly 80° and I have no idea what ridiculous level of humidity. Could not get the key cards to work for the issued room after three trips up and down the stairs the attendant finally came up the stairs to verify what I had already said and issued a different room, thankfully that one worked. There were several spots of blood on the tub and shower wall. The only redeeming quality was the beds were very clean and comfortable!

Friendly staff. Clean hotel. A lot of brand new furniture in rooms and bed very comfortable to sleep on.

Only reason we booked was for the hot tub and pool. The pool and hot tub were ice cold. We addressed the staff and the issue was never fixed nor wouls they give us a direct answer as if it would be fixed during our stay.

We had a very excellent stay there the staff that work there are so nice, I would definitely stay there again, in fact I know I will when I'm in that area

NO smoking signs everywhere, room stunk of Cigarettes. Bed was crinkling of pee pad mattress pad, uncomfortable pillows. Spider crawling in sink in the morning.

The motel was very outdated. The bathtub stopper didn’t work. You had to take your dirty towels down to them before they would bring you any clean towels just not very good run

Had a little confusion at first about our bookings, but after that everything was great! Very clean, comfortable beds and friendly staff!

Breakfast was a joke. The options were wholly inadequate and we wound up eating at a restaurant.

If all you want is a simple clean room then you won't be disappointed. Don't expect much for breakfast or the pool and hot tub to be heated comfortably. The new carpet and fresh paint is a step in the right direction.

Comfortable rooms. Only one thing i would say they could improve on. The pillowson the bed were Uncomfortable and to small. Everything else was excellent. Great place to stay.

This is an absolute horrible hotel. I booked and prepaid for a king room. Get to the hotel and find out the last king room had a broken air conditioner so was moved to room with 2 queens but was not willing to refund me the difference in fees. The room was a former smoking room and was absolutely horrible of smoke smell. The interior door lock was missing on the door. The light bar above the sink was missing a light bulb. The television did not list tv channels just a random code making it near impossible to find a channel. I went to call the front desk but no phone in the room. The curtain over the window had many holes in the liner making it look like it had been shot with a shotgun and let light in early in the morning. The breakfast was a disaster. That's all - two sugar cereals for kids, walmart white bread, pop tarts and coffee. The juice machine was out of order. The coffee cup lids don't fit so I burnt my hand when it spilt carrying it. I get home to find out that when they moved me to queen room they decided to charge me for the reduced rate but did not refund the original fee for the King room. To summarize, only stay here if you want to breathe in old cigarette smoke (the halls smelled as well, not just the room), get horrible customer service, not have a breakfast other than sugar, and risk having your card charged multiple times. I knew the hotel had a low rating on Hotel.com (5 out of 10) but hoped for decent. I rated it as a 1 but that is too high. NASTY

Total dump! Old mattress in parking lot, place stunk. Microwave didn't work right, hair dryer broken. No juices for breakfast. Breakfast consisted of stale cereal, wrapped muffins and bananas. This place is a disgrace to the Wyndham name.

All soda machines were down no breakfast bathroom ceiling was pealing and you had to notify the front desk attendant to be able to turn the hot tub on every 15 minutes

I love the staff. Clean rooms. But the DOA was out of order and pool was freezing. The entire reason we were going here was to use the hot tub. The staff were the friendliest I have ever seen though. They are amazing.

Have been told I would receive a refund which I have not even gotten yet. I was told I would get a FULL refund. The bathroom was not cleaned at all. Urine still in toilet when we arrived. Shower was still dirty and not correctly cleaned. The sick was not wiped down at all. Still had coffee marks from previous person. Light bulbs missing. There was moth balls shoved down the sink which made the smell smell horrible every time you used the sink and when I tried to wash my face that smell came up into my face. It seems like the staff only wiped the mirror down, changed the beds and o it new towels in. Nothing else was cleaned. Their breakfast was not as described. The cereal was stale. The locks are the door we’re not even there. And there was black mold on the ceiling of the shower and mold on the tub where your feet are. Disgusting. I was told I would receive a full refund from the hotel and from customer service and have not received it.

The breakfast was ridiculously limited and all generic brands. There were mattresses lying in the parking lot near the dumpster. The room was surface clean but needed a deep cleaning. Dirty windows and "fur" on the exhaust fan.

There was a leak in the bathroom which I showed management. Dirty towels behind the bathroom door and the toliet was not clean at all. Shower curtain was torren. However the rest of the room was in very good shape and clean. The pool area was freezing as they had the windows open.

THEY MAKE YOU MAKE A EXTRA $100.00 DEPOSIT OVER THE ROOM RENTAL FEE.ALL VENDING MACHINES WERE OUT OF ORDER. THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU CAN ONLY USE THE POOL 30 MINUTES. WHEN YOU CHECK OUT TO LEAVE THEY INSPECT YOUR ROOM WITH A FINE TOOTH COMB AND TRY TO GET PART OR ALL OF THE $100.00 DEPOSIT.

Quiet and clean. I will stay there again. The included breakfast was simple, however hotel guests get a discount at the Village Inn restaurant (great breakfast) located right behind hotel.

Rooms were clean the pool was the biggest problem not being heated and the room not being heated and the windows open going outsthe only reason we stayed there was because they had said there was an indoor pool when I called the property but they did not tell me about the pool situation I actually took my grandkids there to go swimming and could not

No one at front desk upon arrival, waited about five minutes before someone came to desk to start check in. Was not given password for the internet called front desk from room and call was sent to voicemail after quite a few rings.
