The property was beautiful and perfect for what we were wanting for our family that was visiting for our son’s wedding. The backyard had a small fire pit and a screened in back porch made it perfect for being able to sit outside and catch up. I would definitely have my family stay here again.

This was our second time staying at this property. There was plenty of space for all of us - 3 generations! The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The location conveniently located near various stores and restaurants.

We came for our mother’s 98th birthday. The house was perfect for reconnecting with family. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed. The location was close to where our mother lives. We hope to come back next year.

We have 3 girls ages 10 and under and didn't want to squeeze into a hotel room. This property was the perfect solution. Plenty of room for the girls to run around - they LOVED the sun room!
We will certainly look for this property again if we end up in the area in the future.

We appreciated the simplicity of the home. The one thing i might suggest is a new set of sheets in the primary bedroom. They were somewhat scratchy. Otherwise I would stay in this home again if we have a group going to this area.

My family, 6 adults and 1 child had a great experience at this property. It was clean and we felt very safe. We were about 10 minutes away from activities we wanted to do in Springfield. We enjoyed the sunroom and the weather was beautiful! We like to cook when we stay places and we wish the kitchen would have been more accommodating with basic essentials. I would definitely book again if we planned a trip in this area again.

Super cute house! Plenty of room for our family. We enjoyed the porch and made s'mores in the firepit. There were some minor malfunctions, but the host was always prompt in responding. The water and ice dispenser on the fridge didn’t work (it was locked), but the host left a bag of ice and bottled water. There were plenty of stores and restaurants close by. The neighborhood was quiet. We visited James River Church for Sisterhood on Friday and for Sunday service - less than 5 minutes away!

This is a great place. Its location is perfect- 3 minutes to Hwy 65 and close to Springfield and Branson. It's in a lovely, peaceful neighborhood.
The house is super clean and has everything you would ever need. We liked the modern style throughout.
We'd recommend the Wonders of Wildlife Explorer Pass and Lambert's Cafe (just 2 minutes away).
The host made check-in very easy and seems very responsive if you would need to contact him.

We stayed for a weekend with our family and this house was just amazing. We had a very relaxing time and loved how spacious everything was and definitely loved the screened in porch. The owners made us feel very welcome in their home and were there if we needed anything. Will definitely return here during any of our future Springfield trips.

House was great. Host was very easy to work with. House is like 1 mile from the famous lamberts cafe. Very nice/safe neighborhood! Super clean! Very roomy! Comfortable beds! We will definitely be staying here in the future when visiting family. Very close to all the shops in Springfield. Not to far of a drive to Branson.
