Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good.
I called when i booked my stay to see if they had a shuttle to the venue i was going to be attending, and i was told that they did. On the night i arrived i was told that they did in fact have a shuttle, but that the staff member had not seen it since she got there. I booked the hotel because of the shuttle and still ended up having to pay for parking at the venue.

Very comfortable bed with excellent pillows. Very quiet clean room. Furniture is a weird Metallica design. This time Hotels.com did not mess up and actually allowed the use of my reward certificate to go through. It was a real fight with Hotels.com constantly changing the booking details to try and kill the reward certificate which forces you to be very vigilant when trying to use it. certificate.

We left glasses in our room. We called the front desk and they confirmed they found them. Racquita (I’m sorry for the misspelling) said to forward a shipping label which we did with a scheduled pickup. We never received the glasses.

Good nights sleep friendly staff. On Saturday night did get woken up by what sounded like construction workers laughing and being loud in their native language.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was incredibly impressed with the experience. The room was extremely comfortable, with cozy beds that made for a great night’s sleep. Everything was impeccably clean, from the lobby to the bathroom, which added to the overall sense of comfort and relaxation. What really stood out, though, was how welcoming the staff was—friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. It felt like a home away from home, and I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.

Exactly what you would expect from Holiday Inn.

Hotel was attractive….clean, updated and comfortable. Staff was friendly and breakfast was very nice. However, the main reason we booked a room here was for the shuttle to and from Truist Park. The trip to the game was fine because people were going at different times but trying to ride back after the game was a disaster. We stood in the drizzly rain for 20 mins before we saw the shuttle for the first time and then only a third of the folks waiting were able to get aboard. Fortunately there were people who knew the way back walking. So we were able to follow them. I suggest if you are going to offer this service, you might consider utilizing two vehicles

The front desk employees were beyond exceptional!!! They answered all questions an helped with all the needs.
The only recommendation i would make is the communication between housekeeping and guest. The housekeeper did not understand english which made it very difficult to get towels an wash cloths. I understand everyone is short-staffed but having someone who speaks english accompany them if this is a barrier would be a huge help.
Other than that everything's was Wonderful and will definitely stay here again an recommend in the future.

The staff was incredibly friendly and respectful! On the downside, the beds were incredibly loud and difficult to sleep in. The bathroom door did not close, and the tub was not very clean. When I was checking out, I saw roaches in the lobby. I’m not completely sure that I would stay here again when I return to the Atlanta area.

My 2nd time here and I’ll be back next time I’m in Atlanta. The staff went above and beyond for me letting me stay with a late checkup because of a flight delay and the shuttle took me to multiple places to save me on an Uber ride. Thanks to them all!

Nice location for attending a Braves game. Shuttle was awesome.
Room conditions were so-so, had to move rooms because of a constantly running toilet and a TV outage, but the staff was super easy to work with and made the switch quick.

Arrived a bit early and checked in. The front desk said they would txt when our room was ready, but never did. We were in town for a baseball game and went back to the hotel after the game and it was like we never checked in at all! Night staff apologized, but was very poor effort. I will look at other hotels in the area next time as there are many to choose from.

Everything was clean and nice. Check in was smooth and staff was friendly! Literally my only complaint is that the elevator was SO slow. We’ll definitely be back though!

The only complaint I had is that my room was not ready and I had to wait over 45 minutes to get a room even though I didn’t arrive until after 5 pm. Other than that the hotel was nice, clean and had a nice area to have breakfast and visit with friends. There was a nice hot breakfast included and parking was free. It was also convenient to Truist Park and several good restaurants.

Our favorite location to stay while in town for Braves games

We were in town for an Atlanta Braves game. The free shuttle to and from the game is awesome. The hotel is clean and relaxing. The staff is very professional and friendly. The hotel is close to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

The check in was ridiculous. We had to wait 45 min to check in due to housekeeping not having the room ready( mind you it was almost 5pm when we were trying to check in) in ATL heat. The guy told us he would call and never did. I ended up going back desk to check and at that time he ssid the room was ready.The room was clean and neat. If it was for our horrible check in situation and the guy at check in. The stay was fine.

Great location! Friendly staff. We lost AC for a few hours. It took about an hour to get someone to fix it. It was a quick fix. We were pleased with the quick response. Thank you.

In town for a baseball tournament. We were able to catch a Braves game and shuttle to game was a nice touch. It is also within asking distance of Braves stadium.

The property was great for me and my daughter for a couple of nights while in town to watch the Braves. Check in and out were easy. The room had what we needed, and even near the interstate, it was relatively quiet at night.
