Nice and spacious

Beautiful, small hotel. Such a warm welcome and everyone was so helpful. Very close to the centre without being in a noisy area.

The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. We enjoyed the convenient location, the clean rooms, and the comfortable space. Would certainly return to this hotel.

I liked everything!

We stayed for 1 night in July 2024 and really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was smart and clear and our room was really nice ( we had a triple room ). Location was close enough to the action but far enough away to be nice and quiet in the evening. Main highlight however was the staff who were really friendly and helpful.

An absolute stunning, lovely hotel. The staff went above and beyond to do what they could for you. One member of our party had to go to the hospital and a member of staff ( Seppe ) that was just coming off duty, took him to the hospital. The girl that took over ( Seppe ) also helped me later that day when I was frantic, worrying how to find him as my phone wasn’t working and he was lost in town. She gave me her phone and used the computer to track his location down so we could find him. I can’t thank the staff enough for what they did. It was the personal touch that a small hotel has, compared to big major chains.

Our room was clean and spacious and offered us a great view of the canal. Great property would come back again.

It was a very beautiful hotel close to the city center. Very clean. Big, bright windows the a good view. The hotel had air conditioning, which was really nice.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Everything was extremely clean. Staff in the lobby was always kind and communicative. The area is very safe and everything is walkable. Will definitely stay here every time in Bruges.

Excellent service. Very clean and perfect location

The room was large and bathroom spacious. The location was an easy walk to the center of town. We did not pay for the breakfast. Front desk helped arrange a car to the station. I would visit there again.

How the people was willing to help!! I had the need of making the entrance of my wife a bit special due to our wedding anniversary, and the personnel helped me to fulfill that in a very nice way. Will appreciate that forever

The property was well situated within 15 mins walk of the main areas of Bruges. Very clean, modern and newly decorated. Staff were friendly and helpful and i would stay here again

Updated hotel in a great location for exploring Brugges

Very comfortable and relaxed.

Well equipped hotel in the perfect location to explore the city centre of Bruges. The reception staff was so friendly and helpful when explaining the local area. Parking was nice and secure in a private garage.

We would totally stay here again, we had so much fun and everything was close and walkable. Super clean and beautiful.

The hotel is close to the central market, a 5 minute walk away. It was very clean, staff were very helpful especially with advice on where to park and charge our electric suv! We had a family room and it was very spacious, plenty of room for all of our stuff and still space for the kids to be kids in.

Friendly staff, clean close to everything just a very nice place overall

The Property was in a good location, inside it is very clean and tidy. The staff were professional and friendly. However the walls are thin and you xx an heat doors slamming and people snoring next door to you, we was on the 1st floor.

Had a lovely stay. Room was small, but very clean and updated. Bathroom was a great size, with a really nice shower. A short walk to all the attractions of Brugge city centre.

Friendly, helpful staff. Perfect location within walking distance to the town square and the charms of old town. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. I'll be back!

Loved this hotel. Staff are friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of variety hot and cold options. Only one issue I had was there was only one light in the main bedroom part, which wasn’t too bright for the size of the room. Location is excellent, right by the river and within a 5 minute walk from bars restaurants and shops. But still far enough away so you don’t get any street noise.

There was no full wifi service as they promised, you can only text on their wifi strength. Can't make calls on whatsapp.

Hotel Augustyn is the perfect place to stay in Bruges. It is on a quiet canal, but a short walk from the city centre. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed or questions about Bruges.

This hotel was lovely. The front desk staff were all very nice. The rooms were simple but spacious. It was walkable to the main square of Bruges. Parking was a bit of a challenge but not impossible.

Good position. Functions well. But the refurb has destroyed any character
