I’ve stayed in the Bakersfield area a few times over the years and this place was definitely one of the better choices in the area. Definitely will keep them in mind for future trips.

Everything was great. Check in was easy. Everyone was nice. Ed was comfortable.

Have stayed this location multi times (spring/fall) last couple years. However sad/disappointed that Hilton decided to change thier morning breakfast. They used to serve scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, oatmeal, great muffins/biscuits..now its bagels, store bought muffins, fruit, etc. Place is nice, well kept, security roaming the property. Will be back in the spring.

I loved this stay from the moment we arrived. Upon checking in, I was greeted by Nyzha, the friendliest staff I've ever encountered at any motel. The staff member at check out was great too, but unfortunately I didn't get her name. The room was super clean, comfortable, and quiet. I won't hesitate to stay here again the next time I'm in town.

The staff were friendly & helpful. Most unpleasant room & facilities. The hotel was being ‘downgraded’ to Spark but was not advertised as such. Misleading photos-we had no fridge, coffee making facilities (had to fetch drinks from the lobby) & the pool had been filled in! Surrounding area did not feel safe. Numerous emails to Hampton have been ignored. This was not a Hampton Inn experience. We believe they are building a new Hampton across the highway…..wonder why??

Nice hotel close to 99. Staff was great. Clean rooms. Only two things we didnt like. 1. AC is quite loud 2. Parking is limited. Other than that pleasant stay if you just passing by. Will probably stay again.

staff were ok and friendly. I don't understand why the hotel don't even give free water bottles or tooth brushes and tooth paste. like c'on, don't be chap on the little things. those are available in the vending machine though.

There is a lot of transients, surroundings made me feel unsafe. We were in Bakersfield for a funeral last thing I wanted to do was express all my concerns. The Expedia webpage shows the hotel has a pool and it does not have a pool and brought up to the Front Desk when I inquired its location the lady was very dismissive. The Front Desk attendant at check in was not hospitable her interaction with us was get in and get out. There was a carpet stain in my room. A/C was loud my husband did not sleep well. Nice feature was a water filling station the negative is thats its only in the Front Desk area. Pillows could improve or have an alternative spare foam pillow.

My room and the property were clean. Staff was friendly. They said breakfast was included. It should say it’s continental. They had bagels, muffins and yogurt. No fruit no cereal or anything else. Your drink choices or orange juice, water or coffee. Other than that, it’s a wonderful property.
