Happy hour at 5pm was a bonus. Breakfast….stuck to the fruit and coffee….the cooked stuff not very good. Not eco friendly. Throw away single use plates, utensils and drinking vessels with no recycling.

This is my first time staying in a Hampton Inn & Suites and it truly surpassed my expectations. I thought it was going to be just an okay hotel but I was far from wrong. It’s a great non rowdy hotel with the average guest in the 30ish range which for me is perfect because I like a quieter atmosphere. The pool area is fantastic and spacious with a great bar&grill. The daily breakfast is great with plenty of variety to choose from. I loved the coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby 24/7. The drinks and snacks in the afternoons were great and came in handy. Overall I’m definitely satisfied with my stay and I WILL be coming back.

Love it! Easy walk to beach and many eating places. Everything was great. Staff went out of their way to make my trip a little better. Rooms are clean but could use a little refresh. Food at pool bar was the best!

We had a wonderful stay. The employees were very helpful and greeted us very nicely. Love the hospitality and happy hour atmosphere. We will stay there again.

Excellent location in Isla de Verde. Within reach to everything

On the first night of our stay the a/c was working. The employee gave us a hard time but finally decided to change us to another room. On the second night the a/c stopped working at 4am but didn’t reported it because we had an early flight. I didn’t like the $16 parking daily fee. There was no security plus was not informed prior to our arrival neither during check in. Location is convenient but I won’t stay here again.

For my purpose being on the island, family situation, and not a vacation, hotel was great, and very convenient everywhere I needed to be! The breakfast is filling, and it was a decent place overall! Not far from the beach!

Customer service at the front desk was off putting. No greeting. No smile. Just hurling the introduction at me like the lady was reading a script and could not be bothered.

Hotel is beautiful, all the areas of the hotel including rooms, and lobby’s very organized clean and very comfortable.
All hotel stuff amazing helpful and kind.
Except for the two front desk employees very rude, nastiness, not a positive attitude, unapproachable, I said good bye and thank you for everything 3 times and they both ignore me completely. They also charged me extra for the parking areas which is did not use. Their names are Stephanie and Jessica. Please make take care of this issue … the hotel experience and customer service can be easily ruined for this kind of employees.

They let us stay and use the pool before and after even though our room was not ready because we came early!

The property was clean, check in was fast, didnt have to wait until 4 and the rooms are very clean and big. Not to mention the free breakfast and happy hour from 4 to 7 . We loved the swim up bar as well as free towels and umbrella for the beach which is walking distance. I cant wait to visit Puerto Rico again because we will be staying here.

OMG so nice, clean. Very welcoming. Breakfast is very good. A lot of choices and different fresh menu every day. Pool very nice area. It’s clean and organized. Have a DJ too.

The hotel was perfect in every way. The pool area was very nice and clean. Happy hour was always awesome and convenient! We would like to praise the staff that worked at breakfast and also the staff at the grill by the pool. They were the best! Nice, helpful and welcoming!

Just stayed for a night before our cruise. Close to restaurants and the beach was a few blocks away. Breakfast was good and they gave the ladies roses for Mother's Day. It was a nice hotel.
