Very happy with our stay. As my friend and i are older we had to be very careful when showering as shower in bath. Otherwise no problems.

It was a good price considering the semi final was on in Adelaide that night. Excellent location... right near Bakery on O'Connell! The text about my car parking space didn't come through, but that was sorted out pretty easily at check-in.

We won't be back, rooms are very old, tired and stinky. Breakfast was awful, inedible.

Centrally located, convenient for our purposes. Little bit on the older side but certainly clean and comfy. Shower head a water saver so pressure was a bit average, and waiting 5 mintues for hot water to come through not too sure how much water it really saves in the end. Inconsiderate guests talking at normal level in hallway at 5am made you realise zero noise proofing with the doors, but overly happy and would stay there again

Great location, decent room services, outstanding manager (thank you again) and staff at the cafeteria. Reception staff could be a little more friendly, than being absolute professionals throughout any conversations.

Unfortunately, we were woken up around 12h30am by a couple of very drunk people yelling and screaming in the lobby and hallways, and it went on for at least 2 hours. Honestly, it was that bad, that the cops should have been called; but has the front desk is not manned during night time hours, there were no hotel personnel to do the needful. Then the leaf blower went on at close to 6h30am. Unfortunate.

When booking this accommodation just note there is No restaurant in house only breakfast. Luckily there’s eateries around the property. Motel needs to update their rooms especially they’re TV’s too small.

It would be great if staff helped with luggage when people first arrive....show them to their room etc....you know service! This was the only negative....

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel had everything I hoped for … clean, quiet room, great breakfast in an elegant dining room. I especially enjoyed the Reception Staff … warm, friendly and very helpful.
But all the staff were kind and cheerful and ready to assist with any request.
The location is perfect, close to restaurants , shopping and the CBD … but still quiet and close to nearby parks and leafy streets. Thanks to all!

Everyone was wonderful and the hotel itself was excellent except the lack off disable facilities..
We could take a walker out on flat ground at 6pm but returning at 10 the gate was locked and we had to come around the front door and try and get a walker up the front steps. Upon entering the dining room we had the same problem only steps no ramp for a walker or wheelchair access

A fantastic location with great staff, Geri at the breakfast bar and Derek at main reception really made our stay. The Gardener was so lovely, and does such a beautiful job of maintaining the gardens

Easy to access, friendly, welcoming staff, large, comfortable room. Very close to great shopping and eating. Although under a flight path and on a busy, main road it was very quiet during the night. A very clean, attractive property.
