The rooms appear to have not seen fresh paint since the late 50’s the check in staff was very uninviting. The rooms DID have new flooring put in which was nice, however, when there are rooms up above, the lack of carpeting took away a much needed sound deadening. ALL NIGHT LONG SOMEONE WAS WALKING AROUND UPSTAIRS!! The beds were horribly uncomfortable. Happy to say no bugs were sighted, but my guess is that even insects wouldn’t stay there!

Booking was easy. However when I arrived there was no one at the door. I could not get in and could not get a room. no where in the booking did it say check in was required before 9pm.

For the price of the room this place was great. It had everything you needed. It doesn't have a lot of extras. Granted it's not a five-star hotel but it had a TV, it had a makeshift fireplace, and a cabinet. It had a nice desk/table, mini refrigerator, microwave. The room was not perfect as far as the walls there's some spots that might need to be painted but to me that's nothing. The bed was nice and comfortable no lumps. Overall it was a nice stay. I would give this five stars. Not based on compared to other hotels perse but compared to the price you're paying you're getting more than what you paid for..

Great hotel if you’re looking for a super cheap rate. Otherwise the whole place smells like someone chain smoked cigarettes for 20 years. Not the nicest or cleanest property, and seemed a little sketchy. But again, it was a super cheap rate so I didn’t expect much.

One of the beds had multiple broken springs & creaked loud enough to wake the other person up; my back still hurts three days later The mattress covers were filthy. And torn. Dust bunnies were numerous. However, the people at the front desk were very pleasant.

Drove into parking lot and was too nervous to get out of my vehicle. Individuals that were sitting in front of rooms appeared to be homeless. Their clothing was dirty and hygiene looked to be non-existent. Other vehicles in parking lot looked like they hadn't been moved in many days. I donated my $74 in hopes that the owners will put it to go use. I found another place to stay.

The motel and everything surrounding the motel is super sketchy, dirty and potentially unsafe. We found the motel halls and room to be dirty, smelly and we left immediately

First off place did not honor Expedia rewards and charged me full price for staying here, $90 instead of the $4 based on the rewards I was expecting. Room was dirty, smelled like cigarette smoke, furnishings were stained and gross and the beds were old linens. Had to flush the toilets when we got in the room. Last straw was riding a bedbug on my clothing that was on the bed when I was changing to go to sleep. Worst hotel ever, and thanks Expedia for the false discount with your so called ‘points’.

They didn't post clearly that i can't check in past 9pm, and only when I got there i found out from the sign on the door, i will never stay at this establishment again and i will tell everyone I know not to stay here.

The staff are nice, but the rooms are disgusting and the property itself is falling apart. Broken tiles, poor/missing grout lines, 1970s era draw curtains and radiator heaters. Stained carpets. Disgusting messes under the bed. Paper thin walls. Doors that could be opened with a good shove.

The room was clean the bed was comfortable but there was a most annoying noise coming from the walls it sounded like a toilet that is leaking the water kept turning on and off every 5 to 10 seconds this went on all night long made it extremely difficult to sleep other than that the room was nice

After a massive storm with power outages I was glad to have a hot shower and clean bed before work on Monday. This was the only room available in town and I was glad to get it. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, suggesting that I reserve the room as long as necessary and cancel when our power came back on. It was in need of an update but was very clean. There was ac and a mini fridge. That night it felt like a palace!

It got us out of the rain, kind of a sketchy area but not far from the College. The room definitely smelled like a former smoking room and the furniture was rough. Clean beds, not so good pillows :(

Put in a second floor room with no elevator which was not finished refurbishing. It did have new carpeting but no moldings, TV did not work, no soap, Kleenex or amenities of any kind. Property was sold out from local events (good for them), but their greed to stuff us in an unfinished room (bad for us).

The manager did her best to help us out. They Knight inn had been taken over and all the previous reservations were not in her computer system. How could the new corporation do that to her. We were very lucky she found us a room. She was very frustrated and I cannot blame her at all.

The pace was dirty, run down, and in a very noisy part of town with drunks wandering around until weee hours of the morning.

First of all, I only paid $47 a night for this room so the fact that there weren’t any goodies (hair dryer or those little baskets of shampoo, conditioner and hand lotion) was ok with me. There was a microwave and to my surprise, because it wasn’t mentioned on the website, a fridge. BUT the place was a sweat box with no working thermometer. I ended up buying a fan the second day. As I mentioned I only paid $47 a night. However, the posted rate for the room was $95 a night which is way too high a price to pay for such an overall miserable experience. WiFi was also terrible. Decent restaurant next door but I can’t really credit the motel for that.
