every thing is good the only condition they must improve the cable television to have more chanel and other linguages like arabic chanels for example

Good hotel close to the Main train station. Had one duvet for two people, which wasn't ideal. Asked for one more and got a thick, wooly blanket, so had to ask again before it was sorted. Good stay all in all

Nice hotel with friendly staff

Good stay, although the pictures are a little off compared with the reality. The balconies on both side are pretty delightful! Good service as well. Pleasant stay!

The image of the hotel is misleading as they show a picture of the station. Although the hotel itself still represented fair value and the location was good for quick access to the train station, although its far away from the heart of the city in regards to restuarants etc. Now that i understand the layout of the city, i would probably chose a different location

Mystical hotel! When we arrived late at night, there was no receptionist at the front desk, we waited for some minutes and then a guy showed up, he didn’t looked like he actually worked at the hotel. The room was used and old. The lights on the nightstand didn’t worked. The carpet in the room was really dirty, I don’t think it have ever been deep cleaned. When we checked out the next morning, there again was nobody at the front desk, we waited for about 5 minutes, then we walked into the restaurant and nobody there as well, so we had to leave the keycard at the counter and leave. So it was not a pleasant experience.

The staff were friendly and efficient, and allowed us to leave our bags after checkout for free. The room was large and very clean, with virtually no noise from outside or other rooms. Great value, we'd definitely stay again.

They actually do not have laundry! However, the staff is friendly and knows English.

The property was in a good location next the train stain. Easy to get to and in a safe neighborhood with close proximity to the city. Our room was not ready upon arrival so we waited for their staff to prepare the room in the lobby. Once in the room we knew that we needed out. Mattress needs burned and the whole place might need some candles to get the dingy smell out if it. The bathroom was very clean. I found another place down the road that was slightly more expensive and it was awesome. Staff was able to get my refund processed for the next two nights and were understanding.

The host at reception was very friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfortable to sleep in. Only complaint was each morning was woken up early by housekeeping outside in hallway cleaning other rooms. I understand this needs done however the level of noise before 10am was unpleasant. On the second morning we were once again woken by housekeeping cleaning the hallway. Then also knocking on our door despite having the do no disturb sign up. When I answered they asked had we been smoking in the room. Neither of us smoke and I informed them of this and that we were both still sleeping. Other than the housekeeping issues the stay was good. Breakfast had a good Continental selection and some eggs. Staff at reception very friendly and helpful with any requests.

We were greeted nicely and the check in was really good. The offered parking spots are a bit narrow, so it’s a little inconvenient. The beds were just alright, other than that a nice hotel to spend a night at. You can enjoy Antwerpen by walking easily.

The door closers are insufficient as every door slams shut and most guests on my floor didn’t guide the door shut so this led to being woken up repeatedly, with on day being at 5.45. Apart from this all else was great. But the lack of sleep impacted my holiday.

Hotel was perfect for our stay. We didn’t use all of the amenities, but the breakfast bar looked okay. Use paid for on site parking, this was reasonable cost and felt very secure. No complaints here about Astoria hotel. Location was really good too, just a few minutes walk to Antwerp station. The staff were all really friendly too.

There weren’t warm water in the morning otherwise it was OK

was room 101, terrible WIFI, mattress uncomfortable, several light switches not working, cold in room, shower water pressure poor

Wi-fi could be improved. It is slow and it turns off every 30mins or so.
