Comfortable one night stay

I was in my pjs and had to go downstairs to get towels. The remote stopped working and they did not have another one.

Great location proximate to the river boardwalk and downtown restaurants.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff.

Nice hotel. The rooms here were nice and spacious with a comfortable bed and mini balcony to hang out and enjoy some fresh air. What I liked about this hotel the best though was how pleasant the staff was. From the front desk check in to the hotel's coffee shop, everyone I interacted with was very nice and helpful. This was a quick one-night stay and since the hotel restaurant/lounge was unavailable, we found that it was also super close to many restaurants and bars/lounges, so finding a place to east was a breeze. Very good location if you are going on a cruise as it was only about 1 mile away from the port, about a 10-minute drive. Will definitely stay again next time we are back in Tampa for a cruise.

Anthony was the absolute best

Hotel was fantastic! However, because I booked through Hotels.com I did not get the room with a balcony that I requested. Apparently if the hotel gets over-booked, anyone who used a 3rd party does not get what they specifically paid for, even if it was done months in advance. I’m hopeful I will get refunded the difference. The hotel was kind enough to comp me a few free drinks at least.

The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful with the area. Parking is 45$ a night, yes A NIGHT, for the hotels parking or you can park across the street for 25$ a night and have random people from the bars near your vehicle all night. I came out one morning to a beer sitting on the hood of my vehicle. The whole stay for 4 nights was 1000$. Absolutely overpriced and would not recommend anyone staying here realistically there are many more hotels in the area better priced that are just as nice . I also had a room with a balcony and it the balcony was sloped almost if the building was leaning to one side or something…. I’d look elsewhere if I could go back.

$40/night valet or across street at $25. Horrible food in “store”, Bistro was so expensive and landed 50% edible food. No refunds. Service at front desk was superior. Stayed while daughter was in hospital. Very well taken care of.

Anthony at the front desk was great. He was very helpful and courteous. He made sure our stay was pleasant. We arrived at the start of Tropical Storm Debby. We were greeted with towels to dry our soaking clothes. The valet and other staff were all great. No complaints.

Comfortable stay nice staff

The hotel was close to the port by UBER. The stay was good. The Starbucks in the lobby and also the only place to get breakfast was what was disappointing. The choices were limited it wasn’t a full Starbucks. The coffee was so so and breakfast was bland. The bar area was lacking ambiance. Room was spacious beds very soft. Wall unit air conditioning was noisy. Staff was pleasant

Our room was wonderful and very clean. But the lobby had a very bad odor, and the elevators were filthy.

It was such a friendly atmosphere and room was clean . I will definitely be staying here again .

While the hotel is a bit older and needs a good refresh, the bed was comfy and the service was incredible. Anita at the front desk is a gem, and Dian, is so kind and amazing, She helped us get our correct room we booked. Service 10/10!

Nice and comfortable place to stay in downtown. Convenient to the Riverwalk and all downtown attractions. Anita at the front desk is a jewel for Tampa. Friendly and full of information. Thanks.

When we got to our room we had a machine running on top of the counter, the air vents were off the walls. We did get into another room but the floors in the bathroom were not the best.

The staff is so friendly. Check in was way and the rooms are spacious and clean.
