Came in town to go to the pink concert

We were there for only one night. The rooms with a kIng bed was very comfortable, clean, and well appointed. We stayed there a year ago and there seems to have been a major upgrade from the lobby to rooms. A very pleasant surprise.

Our first room was bug infested - the hotel did move us but didn’t offer any type of compensation. Only one person on staff after 5pm. Kinda tough night - not horrible - but tough

They charged me a crazy deposit plus extra fees for no teason saying damaged linen there’s no way it’s worth the price of smoking . I can’t talk to anybody or get my money back won’t be booking again. People had dogs walking around the food area

The hotel smelled like sewer. There was ants in our room. Carpet was dirty. The check in process was easy & grear service. Breakfast was good, love the automatic pancake maker.

The hotel had a very rustic feel to it. I have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express properties and this one was on the bottom of my list. When it came to cleanliness, the elevators had a stink to it, the carpets were not the cleanliness and floors in the rooms and washroom felt sticky! Breakfast was alright but everyday they ran out of stuff an hour before they were suppose to close…

The hotel it self was beautiful, comfortable but where it sit it’s kinda hard place to get too and to noisy.

For in very late, but here were some issues checking in but it was not the staffs fault. Also had requested when checkout and the staff tried to come in 45 mins before normal check out. Might need to update their computer system to work better

The entrance at the street needs repair. This is a DOT issue, not a hotel property issue per se. There is a broken storm grate in the middle of the entrance that needs to be fixed.

Not the most welcoming person at the front desk. He seemed bothered that we were there. The lobby had a faint smell of vomit. The elevator and the hallways smelled even worse of vomit and feces. Thankfully our room was ok and beds were actually very comfy.

The area is along a major road that has no sidewalks, so if you did not drive it is very unsafe to walk anywhere. The hotel itself was fine except the ceiling in my bathroom started pouring water out of it, I was on a middle floor so it had nothing to do with the weather.
The staff was very quick about moving me to another room, and very friendly but the hotel itself was subpar to say the least

We stayed overnight for a concert at Lucas Oil Stadium. The hotel was within 20 minutes of the venue. Easy drive to and from the stadium. Parking in the south lot helped A LOT.

Awful smell in the elevators. Entrance and near the pool smelled like mildew. Breakfast was ok. Room full of ants and we were told it’s because they moved rocks around outside. They did move us to a different room but the HVAC didn’t work. One thing good was the staff were very professional and nice even considering our dissatisfaction in the hotel.

Very nice hotel and quiet location just outside of downtown and only about 10 minutes away. Also was nice going home, didnt have to go through downtown and fight traffic
