One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at in a while. It was updated, quiet, and safe with plenty of parking. Included breakfast was decent. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff from Jurelli (so?) Alanzo , and the evening/night manager whose name I am sorry I forgot… were amazing kind and welcoming … Gabriella from housekeeping was so kind and warm!!

It was a very pleasant stay. Super clean, with friendly and helpful staff. The only thing that would have made the experience better would be softer beds. But other than that it was a great place to stay and I’d recommend to others

Very neat and clean. The people at the front desk and in the kitchen were friendly and helpful. The lobby is sunny and welcoming, and my room was spacious and comfortable. A lovely experience all around.

Amazing place to stay. It has microwave, fridge, 24hr coffee/tea at the lobby, ice machine and hot/cold water dispenser on each floors. Those are the most important need in a hotel! It has continental breakfast which is superb. The area is clean and quiet. Staff are friendly! The price as well is affordable with these amenities! I will trully come to back here when i go to this area.

I told the front desk to have the room cleaned daily . But they did not , I had to ask them again to clean the room . Also because there was too much furniture in the lobby my wife tripped over the fire place edge . This other customer also said he tripped over it also twice !

I have stayed here before. Price is right, and very clean. Staff is very helpful. I've spent way more to stay in Santa Rosa, but the rooms are comparable here, with nicer people. Love the pool also.

Wonderful stay centrally located between Bodega Bay, Peanuts (Charles Schulz) Museum, and Burke’s Canoes. The Vegan Plum downtown is excellent, as is the ice cream place across the street on the corner. An unannounced planned maintenance power outage by PG & E was a wrinkle for a couple hours the last morning (someone flipped an extra switch), but the grocery diagonally across the street had even better flax muffins and the hotel still had hard boiled eggs. (awesome oatmeal topping selection). The ability to log in to our own Netflix and Amazon Video was awesome. Easy to clear at the end of our stay.

Connecting to Wi-Fi more difficult than necessary, though front desk was quickly responsive. Every other day housekeeping policy not sufficiently advertised. Breakfast was excellent

Our room air conditioner made a loud high noise while on. We opened the window and turned ac off to rest. Room got too stuffy so I requested room change. We went from king on quiet side to two queens on highway side. Very disappointed.

Breakfast was poor for two reasons.
Firstly, I don't expect to have to use plastic knives and forks and secondly there was no bread available on the last two mornings. I was told that there might be some next week! Two toasters available but no bread to toast. What's that all about?

Good, clean rooms, decent gym, and a great breakfast: oatmeal, cheese omelets with many sauce options, cereal, yoplait yogurt with numerous available toppings, Chobani greek yogurt, coffee, Lipton, country potatoes, sausage patties, mini muffins, and waffles.
It also has filtered water available on the first floor. The staff were also friendly. Great stay overall!

Warm, friendly, and helpful reception and receptionist. Amenities and spaciousness in the guest room appreciated. Enjoyed the breakfast and the hot tub. Good job avoiding plastic waste by using refillable shampoo dispensers. Appreciated 24 hour coffee/tea/ice/filtered water station. Good location. Quiet room even though hotel is locatied on California State Highway 116.
