Location is great. The place is very dated and with no AC, it’s very hot even with fans, etc and can be miserable. The portable AC in the bedroom helps, but the rest of the sleeping area is very hot even with the slider open and fans.

Nice place but when we arrived our room was so hot it was almost unbearable. It didn't cool off until 9pm ish.. then in the am it started getting hot again. .

What a wonderful place to stay to enjoy the true essence of Maui. Waves crashing, birds chirping, warm breeze, chill vibes and magnificent views!! Napili Sunset checks all the boxes including amazing staff members. We will definitely be back.

Our ocean front 1 bedroom with loft was absolutely perfect. We booked this room for the last few days of our trip.We stood the first 5 days at a “fancy resort”,needless to say this was totally worth the price and location. We will be back in December and definitely be booking Napili Sunset for the majority of our stay. Just as short walk out to the water.

this was a 2 star hotel and very expensive for what it was - I feel like I was in my late granny's house back in 1970. the communication was lousy and we were woken up by the rubbish men clearing the rubbish.

Very nice room near the pool. Not crazy about the carpeting and had difficulty closing drapes. Kitchen area was very nice and stocked well. We just felt the condos were a little too remote for us.

Thanks Fredrick for the hospitality and great ocean view upgrade! Definitely worth it and made our stay memorable. We got a little piece of paradise and steps away from the beach was great. Staff was friendly and outdoors/yard was well maintained. Use of beach toys/board/noodles was a plus.

Gorgeous vegetation around the property. We had an upstairs room with a slight view of the ocean from our place. Check-in was quick and easy- we received a warm welcome too. The snorkeling at the bay there was fantastic. The room was incredibly spacious and clean. Walkable deli and snorkel rental nearby. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Amazing sunset and beach views! Fabulous location. Our unit was a little dated, replace the carpet with LPV flooring and it would have been amazing. The walls and pictures had a local Hawaiian feel. The location on the Napili Bay can’t be beat. The unit had everything needed for a wonderful stay.

This property is nice. We had a non-ocean view studio on second floor so looked out on utility poles and wires. No elevator so need to carry luggage up. Easy free parking. Across a road and around buildings to get to beach. Nice beach and resort has a small pool as well but no hot tub. Comfortable well equipped room with nice shower and cooking space. Full balcony with chairs. Think our bed was a full size with decent mattress.

Our room had access to the beach front and outdoor cooking and relaxing. It was beautiful and amazing. We will definitely stay there the next time we're in Maui. The office staff was excellent and very professional.
