The best review I can leave is to share we are so glad we found this perfect place for us to stay, "us" being a family of 5 adults, (currently) a 2 y/o, and our border collie. We will be returning next summer as an overnight both to-and-from our vacation destination.

15 minutes or less from Nashville, downtown Columbus, and the Outlet Mall in Edinburgh. Location was great. The hotel itself could use some TLC and updates. We stayed two nights in a King room with a jacuzzi tub. The room was clean, for the most part. There was some sticky residue on one of the nightstands. Couldn't scrub it off. Felt like glue or silicone. One of the lamps in the room was broken. We reported it and no one even tried to fix or replace it. Minor damage on the tv stand. Looked like it needed repaired or replaced. Jacuzzi tub drain plug leaked. It needed a new rubber seal. Tub was still usable though. The toilet sometimes needed flushing two or three times to get it to fully flush. Not really broken. Just needed adjusted. Water pressure and the hot water were great. The king bed was comfortable but nothing amazing. The pillows were tiny and not very comfortable. Free breakfast was as expected. Cheap bagged scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc. The waffle irons were ok, but the second morning the waffle mix was way too thick. So it didn't spread very well. The indoor pool was clean and warm.

Internet showed a hot tub, which is no longer available!

Staff was not trained, the room smelled terrible, wifi was poor could not work on my laptop.

The staff was very friendly. They offered breakfast each morning in the lobby and the hotel and room was clean. I would stay here again if I'm back in the area.

Overall a great stay

I like the breakfast

Power went out due to a storm. No back up generator so my boyfriend had to sleep in a vehicle after abruptly waking up gasping for air. Breakfast had my family pooping for hours after we left. And NO HOT TUB which is why i booked. When I asked for a refund I got the run around and still haven't heard back from management.

The room was clean , staff friendly and helpful breakfast was fairly good. House keeping does a great job! Stayed 2 days will be back when that way .

Great place for a one night quick stop off the highway. Breakfast was limited but sufficient. Beds were comfortable and shower had good water pressure. When we first arrived the A/C was running but the room was like a sauna. Fortunately, we were able to cool it down to a manageable temperature for the night. Would stay again.

Overnight stay with a pet

This is a wonderful hotel to stay with your dog. There are accomodations for your dog. Those being potty area with pick up bags and treats in the lobby. Many of the guests have dogs, so no worries about complaints and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is no additional charge for your dog. While the hotel is outdated, when you have pets, it is prefered. I have stayed here before and will stay again when visiting Brown County state park and Nashville. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

We asked for an early check in and were checked into a room that hadn’t been cleaned.

Only downfall was the cleanliness in the lobby/breakfast area. Tables weren’t clean from morning to night & not enough seating. All in all, it was a pretty good stay. Rooms were fine, pool area was fine, nice patio area as well as plenty of grass area for kids to play (if you have children with that need to burn off some energy).

It would be difficult to keep this place clean with the amount of baseball kids running around. Pure chaos…barefoot pool water…no food on the breakfast bar. Kids are noisy and dirty and there is a full hotel of them. The staff were not hospitable…but they were there.

Air conditioning was terrible. Toilet overflowed

The desk clerk when we arrived was very friendly and personable. The room and beds were very comfortable. The other staff people we encountered were friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!!

Great stay

Clean and quiet, had a great stay. Would absolutely stay again.

Bathroom floor in Room 312 was warped and so door won't close. Room smelled musty assuming carpet needs cleaned, probably replaced. Shower didn't drain well and flooring under tub was soft, assuming there's been some water damage in the bathroom. Couch was so stained we didn't want to sit on it along with set any of our belongings on it either. Bulb in table lamp was broken where it was just hanging there and definitely a fire hazard, so we unplugged it during our stay. Also, lamp shade was missing a bolt so it was just hanging there. Should I go on?

Cleaner then most. Disappointed the fitness room wasn't available for use. Alittle bit too much essence smell to the property

The entire staff was friendly, kind, and honest with me when I checked out they seemed uncomfortable with my personl issues, but never denied me shelter. I would give 10 stars if it were an option thanks so much!!!

Nice hotel with a generous breakfast included. My only “complaint” is where it was located, could have used an identifying sign at ground level. My maps app kept telling me it was on the right when in actuality it was on the left with a couple other lodgings in the same area. It took me a few minutes to determine I was in the right place. I had a nice big room with a nice seating/tv area which I appreciated since I don’t like to sit in bed while watching tv.
