Wanted to take a shower and there were no towels and didn’t want to walk to the front desk because there were druggies outside. It’s cheap so of course you get the drugged outside all night

Flight into town was cancelled because of a hurricane. I found out the afternoon after the cancellation window. Literally impossible to know I wouldn't be in town. Was charged anyway and REFUSED a refund. DO NOT EVER BOOK OR STAY HERE! Completely unconscionable, unscrupulous THIEVES! Having to dispute the charge with my bank now.

The WiFi didn’t work for the entirety of our 4 day stay, and we had to reprogram the cards everyday at 11.

The front desk gentleman was very nice and helpful. We only had 2 pillows in the room and 1 towel, but he helped us with the additional items and some shampoo bc I forgot mine. The grounds can be kind of sketchy with some prostitution and stuff going on outside in the parking lot, but the rooms were clean and decent.

Arrived at 9pm to find out they'd canceled my reservation. They don't tell you if you arrive after 6 they automatically charge your card on file. My card has been canceled by the bank for fraud so instead of contacting me, they canceled my reservation. After checking in, which took 20+ minutes, we got a room. They tried to charge me an extra $20. The room was disgusting. Holes in the ceiling, stained and cracked bath tub. It stank of stale smoke so badly! We only had 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel, for 3 people! No blankets, only 2 very thin sheets and hard pillows. Then to be woken up in the middle of the night with screaming and shouting coming from downstairs. It was awful. I'd never go back. Really sketchy. Thankful i wasn't on my own!

First the put me in room 209. I walked in and it was DISGUSTING. BLUNT WRAPPERS AND TOBBACCO EVERYWHERE, be unmade and stained. So i asked for a clean room. It was late but they put me in room 308. 308 had NO towels, no soap, refrigerator was leaking a puddle on the floor, the Air conditioner was broken and bedsheets smelled like body odor....I am so Disgusted with thos experience and i want a FULL refund. Immediately. Absolutely unacceptable for a paying guest to have this experience.

This place was not only disgusting but the management is horrible. They overcharge you charge you without you knowing don’t provide sheets towels. Any linen at that this place is literally on the highway robbery.

One of the terrible hotel in my life. Not clean at all in any place in the room. Toilet flush is not working properly, sinks water draining is not working, floor is so dirty, microwave has some dirt , bed sheets didn’t change it, and very bad stinky coming from all over the room. I had to leave the hotel after 2 hours of my check in.

Check in was at 3. I showed up at 5 and the room still wasn't ready

Awful. Dirty place. Bad neighborhood. And we have a guy invading our room at 3am during the night, hopefully i had a knife and he ran.

The person who checked us in couldn't have been nicer but he had to change our room as the key wouldn't work. There were no towels in the room and we found three roaches running around. There were sketchy people hanging around outside and when we returned from our concert there were two police cars in the lot, one in front and one in back. They have not refunded my security deposit and it's been 3 business days and we certainly did not leave the room a mess. The only good things I can say is that the person who checked us in was very nice and it was a good price, close to the concert venue. Would not stay there again though.

Well, they put me in a room that does not have no towels. The bathroom does not have a door. The beds were so uncomfortable. The air conditioner wasn’t even cooling and the room smell like straight up animal.

I would not recommend this property to anyone! The photos online are false!! I drove 9 hours and just needed to sleep over to head to the port the next morning. Unfortunately, when I arrived I stood at the office desk for 15 mins waiting for assistance. I had to call to get someone to the desk. Once pulling around to my room. My kids and I witnessed drug activity and possible prostitution! Going into the room the smell in the breezeway reeked of urine and smoke (DRUGS)! Once inside the room it was horrible too. The lock on the door was broken. There was a weird smell in the room. There was no door to the bathroom and the Wi-Fi did not work either. My kids went crazy. I tried to look for another room at another hotel but unfortunately none were available. We slept on top of the covers. My husband didn’t sleep at all due to all the chaos outside all night. People in the parking lot, loud, and in and out the rooms making noise, smoking and God knows what else. Overall, this was the worst 11 hours of my life!!! Never again!

People were asking me if i wanted to buy drugs before i even checked in so i went else where

The pillows and the sheets were dirty. Terrible plumping. Inside the cabinets. The tub everything. I bought cleaning supplies and i travel with my own covers and pillows. It was horrible.

It’s was a decent hotel but the door didn’t cover the frame at least an inch all around the outside and there was ants in the tube a piece of glass in the coffee maker and a dirty straw in the fridge

I don't have any complaints the people that work at the front desk are nice. Even the house keepers.
