It was nice and resonably located for our trip to Salem only thing not enough towels and we had to take our used towels to front desk to get new ones so unheard of but other than that it was great and clean

The room and the hallway were smelly.

Hotel was nice, convenient and service was fine, room was clean but there was a smell of cigarette smoke even though it said that it was non smoking, possibly due to people smoking directly outside. There was no breakfast as such just coffee and some snacks.

STAFF member was not professional at time of check in. When asked about utensils, I was informed; "this is a 2 star hotel, dont expect much." needless to say not interested in staying here again.

The manager was incredibly rude. She screamed at me when I asked to change rooms and said if I made a different reservation she would keep me in the same room. She often had red runny eyes and a bleary look which she attributed to “drinking soda”.

Heavy smoke odor in the room. Some windows have no screens (to keep the bugs out). Many smokers outside in the area.

The rooms dirty. The toilet had pee on it. The sink had hairs. The towel I took to wipe The sink counter was dirty after wiping.
The microwave and kitchen sink dirty.
The hallway sinks. The lobby dirt. It took me over 1 hr to check in because of only one clerk.

The hotel reused bedding from previous guest. There was hair all over the bedding. I had to complain and had to move to a different room. The new room wasn’t much better. I had to ask for fresh sheets and make the bed myself

This was a last minute emergency family trip so the price was good compared to surrounding hotels so i guess i get what i paid for. The free breakfast is literally coffee,tea granola bars and muffins nothing of at least some substance. No bottled waters in room or at breakfast. As soon as i opened the shower i by passed the chipped paint and was greated with a blob of hair on the shower wall..i have locs! Do they even clean??!!! Because theres no way to miss that. This is literally a sleep and get out the room location. So we did just that.

For the price of this property expectations were poor. This was not a “hotel” experience and more of a place to lay your head. There was no one at the desk upon checking in and we had to wait. Meanwhile there were pizza boxes sitting there, which tells me staff was eating instead of attending to customers. We were told we would have a queen bed and the bed was definitely a full-size. This hotel needs to be renovated immediately the tub was chipping and just was very dated. For your room to be cleaned there is an additional charge?? The items such as a coffee maker should be in the room without having to ask for it. There is no type of hotel accommodation. If you have a choice pay a little more money and stay somewhere else.

What a terrible hotel. Too bad I didn’t read the reviews before going. I would advise you that if you don’t have any other choice sleep in your car instead of this hotel. The should have minus 5 starts as rating. Dirty rooms, terrible beds, dark areas around it and we felt very insecured.

The area is quiet. The staff is OK. Don't like there grab-and-go breakfast as it is coffee plus snack bar only.

Pros: Great price for Boston. Convenient location for Waltham, Cambridge, and west Somerville.
Cons: Room outdated with peeling countertop, cabinet doors that don't close all the way. Felt unclean, with some crumbs on floor and hair in tub. AC tuend super cold when we arrived so we went to bed freezing, had to raise temperature a lot and then by morning room was stuffy. Lowered temp again but room stayed stuffy rest of our visit. Grab n go breakfast was carbs only (oatmeal, nutrigrain bars, packaged muffins). Adding fruit would be nice. Also, dark roast coffee was out and no one at front desk to refill.

The property is located in a newly transferred road construction, and the GPS has difficulties, finding it. It is also confusing, that a second, separate Extended Stay America is located in front of this location, where every guest checks in and is advised that it is the wrong location.
Otherwise, besides this confusion, I had a good stay.

The property is located at a quite neighborhood, peaceful and easy to travel around. The staffs are nice and friendly. I’d highly recommend this place to others

The staff was quite nice. There was no breakfast, only coffee, tea and muffins or bars. Hotel was very noisy at night and unpleasant smell in the room. I didn't feel safe.

This was the grossest, most poorly kept hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was disgusting. The cabinets were all broken, splintered and falling apart. The baseboards were coming off and mold in the shower. I cannot believe I paid money to stay at this place.
