The breakfast was good and the location

Carpet was stained and the tv connection was terrible - reception went out very 20 minutes! The pillows are uncomfortable and the bedding was not great -

Maxine went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best possible. thank you!!!

very noisy east side,on the highway, no sound insulation glazing on a new , otherwise well built facility.

there was hair on some items in the room like the bed cover, a towel other then that that was it

Breakfast was good, staff friendly and room was clean.

We had no mini fridge in the room which we had expected and the indoor pool was closed. Our bathroom sink wouldn't drain and the black out shade was broken so room was bright at night and hard to sleep. They did offer a discount on the rooms ( we booked 2) due to no mini fridge but we only got one room discounted. Still waiting to see if they discount the second room as promised.
