Really nice stay close to the Petrified Forest National Parl. The hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfy, and the breakfast was very good. Lots of options and even a hot breakfast! Would definitely stay again!

Don't be fooled by the exterior of this hotel. At first glance, it appears old because it is BUT the good news is inside is beautifully restored and most importantly SPOTLESS! Excellent stay. Felt safe and clean. Once you are in your room, it's as nice and clean as any Sheraton. Surprisingly great room.

Check in was ok once the attendant arrived. Had to wait 10 minutes for her. Toilet ran on and off all night long. Air conditioning was very loud. They must not have carpeting on the second floor because everytime the person above us moved we heard it. And they sounded like they were running a marathon all night long. Tub was pitted. Molding missing. Bathroom door hits tub. Ants in bathroom. But I guess you get what you pay for.

The staff was friendly and courteous. She did not get inpatient when I could not find my credit card. She finished the transaction in a hospitable manner. It was very nice to have a person be hospitable while doing their job.

This is a great place to stay. Staff is very helpful. Even found me a coffee pot! Breakfast is great. Easy on and off the highway and close to dining. Door Dash works too!

Overall, very good! Basically a half way stop off point between Los Angeles and Denver. Room was very clean, and Hotel was quiet. I did get there late in the evening. The continental breakfast was good, and had a good assortment of items. I felt safe there.😊

As was doing Route 66, found this little
gem along the way. Exceeded all my expectations with how clean, comfortable and lovely the room was for being a motel. Easy to park, plus a really lovely breakfast included. Right opposite you have a quirky oldschool bar/saloon with friendly servers and all the main busy town centre is just 2-3 minutes drive down in a straight line. Re that- Romo’s Restaurant is a must visit for great food.

Room was very clean. Mary was very nice at check in, and house keeping told me to let them know if we need anything. Beds were comfy. Great water pressure. Breakfast was good, and the morning crew did well keeping it stocked, as it was a popular spot in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again!

Booked a room with 2 queen beds. Was told I booked a king. I showed the employee my booking that had 2 queens. He said they did not get that information. Traveling with autistic son and he will not sleep with anyone. With no sofa, I tried to sleep in a chair and the bathtub. Ruined our visit to the Grand Canyon the next day. Absolute nonsense.No apology, nothing from the staff.

It was in a terrible part of the city, the hotel itself must be 60 to 80 years old. The bathroom in the hotel was so small that you had to hardly shut the door behind you .

We arrived at 2:40. There was one car in the parking lot. The desk clerk came out and told us we had to wait until 3 to check in. After 45 minutes we asked again. We had reservations for a king room. She put us in a queen next to the laundry so we listened to the commercial washer/dryer until 8 pm. The room was clean but the wall unit for heat/cool was so noisy we finally turned it off. In the morning we could not get a receipt because the office was closed with signage they would open at 7. After check in experience we decided to just leave.

The room was nice and clean, and bed was very comfortable. The room was large, and had a refrigerator and microwave. A very quiet motel, and had no noise at all from the road. The free breakfast was very good which was included in the price. It was in a good location from main street, and away from the noise of the railroad in town.

It's a dated facility with little to recommend it beyond being low-priced. It isn't particularly dirty or poorly-equipped. It's just old. There is certainly better right nearby, and probably a lot worse.

The property was well maintained and the staff was super helpful. The beds weren't the best but it's a bed. Same with the pillows.

The hotel is a bit dated but what the rooms lacked in updates, the friendly staff more than made up for. The lobby was very cutely decorated for Easter and the guy that checked us in was very kind and helpful. Overall, For the cost of our room, this place was really great.
