Nothing. I was charged for a room I didn’t stay in. The customer service was awful. Would not recommend.

Customer service. I had car trouble and was stuck on the side of the road with no cell service and no way to get there. Once I got cell service my first priority was to call the hotel to see if I could cancel without fees since I had been stuck for hours on the side of the road and was still 7+ hours away. If I had driven straight through i could have been there 3-4 hours before I had to check out. I was told “sorry the property is very strict with its policy. You’ll be charged anyways!” That was it and within minutes, I was charged.

Incredibly helpful staff, very clean rooms equipped with all necessities and good breakfast. It’s not my first time staying at this hotel and won’t be my last one :)

A room was booked a couple hours before my arrival. Upon arrival I wasn’t checked in. Receptionist refused to do anything because “the payment didn’t go through”. He said I need to contact the Booking support (and do what?, he didn’t specify). All the reservation data was on my phone and I had to use that phone to call the support, and it was already quite late, and I was driving for the whole day, so I was pissed off, went out and drove to another motel. As a result I was charged the amount for the night, so the payment went through in the end. Awful place and awful service. Stay away!!!

Very disappointed upon arrival! 6 members in our family & the front desk staff made us pay for another room because 5 was the limit even though we were a family traveling together! Yet the room we booked had 2 queen beds plus a pull-out couch which could have accommodated our family! Yet the next morning we spoke with a family that had 7 in one room!!!! We were not happy to hear this after we had to pay another $118 with 6 members in our family! We will NEVER recommend this facility to others since double standards appear to be in place according to who you get at the check in desk!!!!!
