I love to stayed in a clean and confortable bed. We also had a great experience when we were coming back from the pool and Alma who was cleaning our room ask for the card key to verify that was our room. That make us feel really safe

Hotel is old but still nice. Ioved the beds. They were really comfortable. Unfortunately the day we checked in there was a party downstairs and it ended around 1 am. We were up on the 3 rd floor and we could still hear it. Other than that everything was really good. Nice towels, lots of pillows. Good AC and toiletries. Nice big secured parking lot.

It's 40 min from airport, about 25 min to downtown. Hotel is beautiful and clean.

The room does not have a mini fridge. And the bathroom does not have a fan, So in 100 degree weather, a stuffy bathroom is not great. Everyone is great, though. And the breakfast buffet is always good

I personally liked the maid service and how well she kept my things. Gracias Arcelia :) I accidentally left my jewelry out in the restroom and she neatly placed it right by my cosmetics. I gave her a nice tip every day. The rest of the hotel was pleasant except for the elevators, only one was not working. No big deal. it was nice to take the stairs and get some kind of workout. The restaurant was very nice and the food was delicious. servers were very pleasant and attentive at all times.

The surroundings are very nice, but the internet hardly ever worked, toilet paper was the cheapest they could find, pillows very hard.

Second time here. Would have liked a mini fridge in the standard rooms, it’s Mexico weather is hot no where to store a cold water in your room. Upgrading was around $400 more all fur a mini fridge. Location is convenient.

I was told as an expedia platinum member I would receive a free bottle of wine for my 9 night stay. I nevrr received it so i asked the front desk about it. For my $935 USD / $15,308 MXN peso stay I received a $2.42 USD / $56.25 MXN peso bottle of wine. I found that offensive. There were 3 of us staying in the room and we only received 1 drinking glass and 2 coffee cups which were never cleaned or replaced. Ice machine never worked so we constantly had to ask room service. Phone in room stopped working on the 4th day and never worked for the remainder of the stay. Walls are thin so was kept awake all night by drunken neighbors singing at ungodly hours of the morning. We have stayed at this property multiple times in the past but will never stay here again. The only positive was the friendly staff which made our stay bearable. They should not be on expedias list if that is how they honor the amenities and treat you at a supposed VIP property.

Great location. Consistent problems with the 2 very small elevators and room key cards only worked half the time and required going to front desk to reprogram. Very inconvenient. Also there were a couple of hundred kids staying for a soccer tournament. They were running and screaming up and down the halls until 11 PM. Lastly, on our last night there, we found at least 10 police on our hall and in various rooms searching. Very unnerving. Pool and restaurant very nice. Staff friendly.

Great breakfast! I loved the park next door, helps keep things quiet. The orchid house is worth checking out too.

Check in was easy, had valet people park my car, tip was given, found out they had a restaurant that closed at 11pm so we had dinner around 1030. The food and service was great. The room was a simple basic room. What one would expect from a hotel. We're I give this a 4 star rating is because when you shower you set your water where you want it and then either it gets really hot or really cold. Not sure if this was due to us being on the 5th floor but still shouldn't expect this to happen. Also, no fridge or microwave in the room so that could suck but not a deal breaker. Check out was easy and I called for room service to have my car ready and sure enough it was. Also, room service was great too. So overall 4/5 stars for me. Would I stay there again, I would.
