Very enjoyable stay. The room was clean and spacious, and the split bathroom layout nice. Employees were very friendly and helpful, especially when the balcony door stuck and I was stranded. It took two calls to the corporate Marriott number, but as soon as I found someone who would help, I was quickly inside.

Room had a dirty sock in the bed, the balcony door was awfully constructed, would stick and felt like the glass was gonna disconnect from the frame. The bathroom foot was sticky and the toilet felt like it was going to disconnect from the floor. I had a sandwich from the bistro and it was stale and gross. Overall for the price you pay, this was not great.

Hotel was nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was disgustingly dirty and in need of a major deep clean. Lamps and all surfaces were covered in dust, bathroom floor was black with dirt, dirty shower, and stained shower curtain. We had friends staying in another room that was in much better condition than ours. Water was also shut off for routine repairs, but was left off for almost 3 hours longer than expected which caused my Husband and I to miss our anniversary dinner reservation which was extreme disappointing. They said they would refund our parking fee due to this, but I was still charged for parking. Do not think I’ll be staying at this location again.

For a Marriott I would have expected better for the amount of money we made. Parking deck was disgusting with trash everywhere. The bathroom toilet was loose, bathroom sink dripped entire stay. The balcony door was extremely difficult to close so it would lock. In order to lock the top half would be slightly open.
Bed was too firm for our taste.
Location was the best.

Great location. Ocean front room had a great view and our room was available for an early check in. Only complaint about the room is that the lighting in the bathroom area was very poor. Even with all the lights turned on during the day and the curtains wide open, not enough light to put on makeup or put in my contact lenses. Also, I never knew toilet paper could be so thin! Each square of toilet paper practically melted in my hand as I tried to get it off the toilet paper roll.

Fantastic girl getaway. We booked the hotel from this site and had no idea how does it would be. Iris offered us an upgrade so no on would have to share a bed. Every person we met was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We are already planning our trip back!

Very good hotel, my family and I enjoyed the pool and beach access! Hotel is right on the strip close to everything. Only downside was no housekeeping services between days and when I went to get towels from front desk they were out. Other than that I would book again.

Every thing was good from the 22nd thru the 27th . We extended an extra day and we wasn’t aware that the water was going to be off from 5 pm until 9 pm and it didn’t come back on until 940!pm

We booked online for a king size bed and a queen pull out couch. We got 2 full size beds. When we asked them about our room they said none of their rooms come with couches. Then why are they online like that? Then breakfast was 16.99 each. Wow. Not bad rooms just not what I expected for what I paid

Check-in was 4pm. We arrived at 4 but wasn’t able to get in the room until 6:20pm. Manager stated the housekeeping was “backed up”.. the restrooms were also very dirty.

All the employees were good but the front desk ( dayshift and nightshift ) The Bistro employees ( day shift and nightshift ) were some of the best I have dealt with in my many years as a Marriott traveler. As Titanium member for life I don’t give to many glowing reviews but this is an exception .

Everything was wonderful with our stay. I didn’t care for the adjoining room: our neighbors were a bit noisy but it wasn’t terrible. The ocean view was AMAZING, and it was very convenient to be able to keep my car parked until 4:00 even after we checked out. Shops and dining options are abundant, and the hotel staff was very friendly and efficient. We will be returning!

The location was in a Great spot with a beautiful view of the ocean But the AC was barely blowing out cold air, The towels felt like sandpaper and when checking in, we didn’t get the king size room that we originally wanted so they put us in a room with two full beds instead.

Definitely nice to see that on the hotel that's been there for a while in this area has finally started to update and renovate some things throughout the hotel and their rooms... there was a stain on the pull-out couch mattress and the door is very hard to open very heavy or just old and hard to manure the lobby bathroom toilets issues Flushing but overall the hotel in the room were very clean and the hotel staff was very friendly you will get charged $15 a day for parking
