The hotel staff was ve y pleasant. I was surprised that the parking was no longer free and had to use an app to pay parking. I have stayed at Hampton Inns across the country. The breakfast was typical. The floors and carpet however were very dirty, especially the lifts. The hotel it’s self could use a spruce up

Front desk worker was amazing. She allowed us to check in really early and offered free water bottles since we are Hilton Rewards members. The breakfast was wonderful. Pool was nice. The rooms were just ok. The bed was not very comfortable - definitely not up to standard for a Hampton Inn. Bathroom didnt have a fan and it smelled like sewage whenever thr toilet was flushed. Disappointed i had to pay for parking. Overall, i would not recommend this property due to the steep price and inferior rooms.

I had two reservations. The first man that checked me in was so kind and helpful. When I went down the next morning I had to do it again. It was a smooth transaction to allow me to stay in my same room but the new woman was rude and didn’t use her words right. Confused customer to thinking she was charging my car again. Rooms were nice, breakfast was good.

Overall great stay - self check in available via the Hilton Honors app (which was incredibly convenient for us because we arrived late the first day), very clean hotel, daily breakfast was great, cleaning of the room every other day to not disturb guests, and a short drive to Salem (and cheaper as well!). We had an amazing time and would definitely come back!

staff was polite and helpful. room was run down and old. AC was propped up by pieces of wood. couch was old and dirty. had to pay $5 for parking but with service fee was $6.50. almost $200 for this room. never again. checked out at 1am

This was our second leg of the stay as we wanted to go to Salem, this was not walkable so had to book Ubers, wasn’t very impressed with the bedding had to ask for clean mattress protector but have to say the staff member was very helpful.

Hand-held shower didn't work. Only got a dribble out of it. Main shower was fine. Why do they have accessible rooms down at the end of a long hall. Only exit was by staircase or front entrance. I am on a walker and can't go up or down stairs. Toilet doesn't flush properly and beds and pillow were way to soft

Breakfast was good, but I’d like a few more options in the snack department — nothing but chips. Some protein would be nice, almonds, nuts, dried fruit…?

While the room was clean, it needs to be updated. Bathroom floor, door, shower, vanity table need upgrads

Overall was decent stay. Ceiling tiles missing in the hallways looked cheap/old and unkept. Breakfast was just okay…not good but not the worst I had. Staff was friendly, properly overall was clean.

I liked that the hotel was a short drive to Salem with reasonable rates and provided adjoining rooms for me and my kids. I thought the breakfast options were generous in the morning and we enjoyed the pool At the end of the day. Parking is plentiful and there are food options nearby including a sushi place that was exceptional. The woman who checked us in was very nice. My complaints were that the toilet in my room was dicey and there was no shampoo provided in my shower. Our door was constantly malfunctioning and I had to get the key pass reactivated twice. I definitely did not have the card anywhere near something that would demagnetize it, so that was irritating when it kept happening, and the staff - a young man, could care less. The hotel is also located next to a very busy highway which I was not aware of and the traffic started very early in the morning. Rooms facing away from the road would probably help. Overall, it’s a good value minus some flaws as noted.

The hotel was good, but very inconvenient to get into and out of due to heavy traffic and strange road configurations. But the close location to both Boston and Salem (our 2 area destinations) was convenient. Ultimately, the EV charger was the reason we chose the property.

This hotel is excellent for cleanliness and updated facilities. A great continental breakfast was provided.

There's nothing bad to say about this property. The staff was amazing. The continental breakfast was amazing. Room was great! No complaints!!

It was a great stay, however we did find a small piece of glass on the floor. Other then that it was great.
