the room service was the only one that was nice to us

The person at the desk was rude, the shower curtain was dirty, The bed and pillows were dirty The room smells in heater turned on

Dirty bed, rude front desk, sketchy place all around.

I walked in to check in and said hello and the guy ignored us for about 5 minutes before finally looking up. That’s the only staff interaction I had. The room smelled like mold, the pillows were yellow, blankets had cigarette burns all over, the wall outlets looked super dangerous. Just a super gross place to stay. We tried to be in our room as little as possible.

The room i was in was nice

The internet was super slow

Decent location outside of Salem

Not enough pillows ( they were like half pillows) Def need to invest in new ones! not enough towels (we had a family of 4 and have us 2) Shower/tub was ehh. The floor was filthy. Drawers were dirty ( We don’t ever put anything in drawers ever but we always check for bugs or anything ) The entire room was on a slant. Probably foundation issues. May want to get that looked at! I wouldn’t stay here again!
