I was enjoying myself until there was nightly running and laughing in the hallways. It appeared to have been several teenage sports teams staying there.
The next day I found out that my account was overcharged for 'incidentals'. Checkout was 1 December 2024. The pending charges for all three rooms that my family reserved and paid for are now transactions.
Also, the cleaning person came in at least twice during our stay. However, the trashcan by the desk was not dumped either time.
There were no towels in the pool area.

The only complaint is only one elevator works, as the other has been inoperable for months.

Overall good. Someone’s pill medication was on the floor so vacuuming must not have been thorough and the coffee creamer sugar packet was opened ands used and placed back in the supplies

This Livonia location has wonderful personnel and clean and organized facilities. It's our new go to hotel for our frequent overnight stays to Lower Michigan. Only 2 items that were noticed for needed improvement...one elevator is not working, and no bacon or sausage to go with the eggs in the morning (had them in prior stays).

I really liked this hotel. The staff are so nice and helpful that they made our stay pleasurable. The room is nice and clean and the location, of the hotel, was perfect for us. I will stay here again. Well done!

Compared to my stay at your Fenton Inn, my stay here was fantastic! I loved the room and the staff spoke to me every time I was around them. Awesome experience.
There was 2 elevators and only one was functioning. Not a concern Wednesday or Thursday, Friday and Saturday was a wait.

The front desk staff, room service personnel, and breakfast attendent were all friendly and accommodating. Some minor repairs in our room were needed (refrigerator cabinet door, and flickering light at the sink), but overall a nice overnight stay. We'll be back.

It was a nice hotel , front staff was excellent and looked pretty clean . My only complaint is that the room we had was a musty/smoke smell which we told them immediately and asked if we wanted a different room so I appreciate them wanting to make it better!

Rooms and facilities were clean and well maintained. Tried to only get towels refreshed every three days by following the sign posted in the room, but housekeeping refreshed every day ignoring the hotels towel policy.

I booked this hotel knowing it would be good , we stayed at a Fairfield inn during January in New Jersey and it was amazing. This one was exactly the same we came to Michigan to have a nice hotel with a pool and breakfast for my son’s junior gold competition and we weren’t disappointed. We love Fairfield inn and suites.

The staff was gracious. Stephanie at the front desk gave a warm welcome. The ladies cleaning the rooms on the second floor were very polite and courteous. The breakfast buffet was presented well and attended to as needed. A pleasant stay except for the floodlight pointed at our window (we like to see it getting light out in the morning...not the entire night).

The staff was very nice. They first put me in a room that was being renovated. When I came down for another room assignment, they were already on their way with a new room key. They told me to take something from the snack shop for my inconvenience.

second room 128 TV did not work
Called Expediia and was offered 304 which was acceptable
toilet seat suddenly slip out and I had to push it into the seating to fix it
TV worked but higher number of channels did not work ( my cousin on the 4th floor reported same TV reception)
Breakfast was hot and served by a busy crew which
was a redeeming value
This late after pandemic Covid one would expect better repair and inspection before offered to customers

The staff are helpful and responsive and overall we found the room was clean. However, I can not recommend a stay here and I would not stay here again. The room ventilation system doesn't work, air should circulate from outside to in but it doesn't- stuffy air is just circulated within the room. The manager on duty went to great lengths to show us how to use the air filtration system but the the room was still stuffy. Also, the vanity lights were not adequate to shave or apply makeup. The manager explained that she had no control over the lighting. Can they truly not even change a light bulb?! Finally, the treadmills in the weight room didn't work and nobody seemed to know how to operate them.

Most tv stations didn’t work so it was difficult to find something to watch in the evening. Hot breakfast options were subpar. Some employees didn’t speak English, but those that did were quite friendly. Overall a decent stay.

The elevators were very sketchy. Only 2 people allowed on it at a time. The tv also only had 2 channels that actually worked.
