We were there for a UC football game. The location to the campus was great. Just a short ride. The rooms were great. The person that checked us in was amazing & very accommodating.

Hotel is fine for what it is. Fairly cheap and clean enough. The rooms could use a little updating but for one or two nights it’s fine. Complimentary parking is nice, but the garage is a little small if you have a large vehicle.

Cordial staff was very helpful in accommodating our room and parking requests for the day of the Bengal's game across the river. Comfortable and clean rooms also,

A pool was advertised. It didn't exist in this location. Breakfast, dinner and a bar were also advertised. There was no dinner, no bar and I did not see anyone making eggs and bacon in the "Kitchen". For the money, this hotel certainly did not meet expectations. I was very disappointed with my decision to stay here. I don't recommend it.
The condition of the room was in need of cleaning and updating. It was dark/ dank.

My wife and I were celebrating our 5 year anniversary. We chose this hotel because it was the perfect distance from all the things we had planned for the weekend. John the host was very helpful when checking in. We had a great time.

Staff was friendly. Property wasn’t as nice as depicted on the website. For what we were charged, very disappointed in bathroom shower and no sink in the same area. You had to touch the door handle to get to the sink to wash your hands! Breakfast was not included and definitely should have been for the money we spent. Felt unsafe walking streets. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The air condition unit was covered in mold in room 615. As a person with mold illness I am very sensitive to mold. It should be standard cleaning procedures to clean the vents on those AC units to protect the health of your guests. On a positive note, the staff was very nice when checking in and out of the hotel.

Front desk was rude, no pool, no breakfast, had to pay for parking. Not sure why Marriott is in the name if it is not run like the rest. Went to a Reds game but neighborhood was too sketchy to walk anywhere. Homeless guy living In a hammock outside the back gate.

Great service, friendly staff. The bar bistro was not open in the evening at 9:30, we thought it was supposed to be open until 9PM on Saturday night. The was disappointing. The beds were not the high quality mattresses I remembered, these felt more like wood with a thick pad on top. The bedding was nice. The room was very plain, but comfortable and clean. We thought it was way overpriced for what we got. If you get it for under $200 it’s about right.

Bistro prices are too high! Furniture in room not clean. Employee at check-in seemed annoyed that she had to stop making popcorn to check me in.

Our view of the river and downtown Cincinnati was amazing! Great location for visiting for a Reds game. Front desk was super helpful. Restaurant staff couldn’t get it together.

This hotel was a great option for our family on our vacation! Parking was incredibly convenient, we were close to several restaurants, and it was nice having the little shop inside the hotel for drinks, food, and necessities. Would stay here again!

Convent to all attractions, clean, staff was nice and helpful. Though the bed was very firm which I am not a fan the room was clean. Easy walk over the bridge to Cincinnati. I would stay there again 😊

It was convenient to the stadium with the bus ride and having all of the restaurants near the hotel you could just walk. The staff was very friendly.

I thought that the front desk staff was rude, I liked the service employees they were friendly and helpful. Also the elevator was very slow to open. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
