Excellent position ajoiniing a beautiful park on the Danube bank. Very polite and hopspitable staff, overall excellent service. Comfortable quiet rooms.

Very basic. Nothing around to buy/dine if you arrive later evening/night. Hotel has very basic continental breakfast but no other option to eat, snack or drink. Not even to buy a water bottle.

Check in suffered from a long wait for another customer with a problem. Told we didn’t have breakfast when I had selected that at booking and its listed on my booking confirmation. Key didn’t work on door so had to return to reception for it to be activated. Rooms are that annoying form over function style with trendy but impractical features ‘Romantic mood lighting’ in the room was too dark to see what we were unpacking or doing. Shower panel not wide enough so water spills all over the floor. Breakfast was good, favouring muesli and the healthier options over meats.

I booked this hotel because of the amenities offered so I could have some relaxing time before an important event ... However Nothing is working alles kaput! Room telephone not working, spa out of service, carpet super dirty, internet extremely slow, very loud out there all day and night long... very dissatisfied and disappointed. Only good thing to say the personal is super nice.

Convenient location off the autobahn. Underground parking. Easy check in. Staff friendly and efficient. Room was well maintained, clean, good linen, modern design. Good continental breakfast.

Used for a one night stopover. Close to Autobahn. Nice clean room. Staff friendly (especially when they initially couldn’t find our reservation). Only about 10 free parking spaces in front of hotel. €5 to park in the hotel’s garage or it’s €2 across the street at a public parking lot.

Standard hotel convenient for one day business trip

After travelling some time it was a relief to check into a 'hotel' with 24 hour welcome, nice clean rooms, bar, resteraunt with good quality food, gym, easy to find, park and close to the centre.

Great hotel chain and highly professional staff... have always been staying here since 2014...everywhere and every city where there is an NH, I definitely stay there! Carry on d good job...

The check-in took 55 minutes and received the keys finally at 22.25. Around 40 guests were waiting for one unprofessional and inefficient receptionist. There are no chairs in the lobby and kids had to wait standing. Staff was not willing to respond any request. After receiving the rooms it was not possible to rest due to the party next door.

The location was right on the Danube cycle route which was great for us. We rode by it twice as the exterior is so non descript and it doesnt look like a hotel. Once we were inside we were very impressed. Staff were friendly. The room was spacious however a bit dated. The shower and tub were great. The location was good and easy to walk into the center of town. The construction going on across the street woke us up very early. Appreciated a secure garage to store our bikes.

Visited Degendorf to see town where my grandfather was born. Beautiful town, beautiful countryside and a great hotel. We enjoyed our visit and hope to return one day soon.

I have been staying here for the last 6 years at least 5 times a year. Back then it already looked tired and worn out, but now its becoming really evident that it desperately needs an update. The furniture and the beds are like traveling back to the 80s. Breakfast is consistently good, and the location is fantastic, but with Höttl a few minutes away renovating their rooms, this is now the more obsolete option

It was very nice. We had stayed here before and selected it because of previous experience. Elevator is somewhat primitive as you can barely get two people in it. Breakfast was very nice. Used by tour operators as there was a daily tour group arriving and departing. It is located within steps of the Danube river and has lots of walk ways.

The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the city centre, and perfect located in a nice neighborhood. A very good hotel with a very good price. The beds were perfect, the room was clean and the breakfast was perfect. I would surely recommend the hotel to others.

Hotel was very convenient for our stay, easy access to Deggendorf and area.
