While staying at the hotel. I contacted the virus Shingles on the second day into my stay. The hotel had no ice which was unfortunate because it would have helped with keeping the affected area warm cooler. I did not know it was Shingles until I came home from the trip. I have informed the hotel as soon as I confirmed what I had. I am not saying I contacted it at this site. I want them to use this information to check their site for cleanliness. Another wise the staff were friendly and helpful.

We checked in for an overnight stay while waiting for my wife’s surgery the next day. Comfortable and clean as well as quite even with a hockey team there. Breakfast was good as well.

Surgery at Brandon dental early in the morning. Needed to stay overnight. This was a great value.

Overall was a relaxing stay.
However, the morning included breakfast was an extremely dissatisfying experience.
One example was the empty hash brown hot serve dispenser. I advised the attendant and all he did was scrap up the crumbs from the edges into a two tablespoons size pile and return standing in the kitchen doorway. Also the waffle mix dispenser was empty, no fresh fruit of any kind, sloppy disgusting scrambled eggs and wizzled up sausages. I left and returned with a much more palatable selection from Timmies.

This was a lovely hotel. It was well run, staff were all helpful and accommodating, breakfast was great and the beds were very comfortable. I ended up needing to stay an extra night in Brandon than originally planned, and I just booked another night at this hotel rather than going somewhere else.

We like the room with a separate living space. Bed was comfy. Sofa couch not so much but sofa couches never are. Breakfast was good with a fair variety. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. This is our hotel to stay at in Brandon.

Bed sheets had a stain on them and were pilled. Bathroom was surface clean but lots of rust stains in the tub, counters were cracked, room carpet was old.
Staff were all friendly and helpful but hotel needs to be renovated and updated. Sheets and bedding need to be replaced.

Price was reasonable. Hotel was busy with evacuees from Northern fires, but hotel had 24 hr. security which we appreciated for safety/quietness. Breakfast was continental & ok.

Had some very loud people above us finally quieted down about 11:30 pm.

The staff here are the friendliest and most helpful I have met bar none. The room is a little dated but comfortable. I thought it might be hard to sleep as there were some louder guest earlier on, but everything quietened down in the late evening and I slept like a baby.
