The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was nice however there was a slight fishy odor that was unpleasant. Otherwise the room was very clean and comfortable.

Front desk charged me twice and the guy didn’t know how to fix it , had to wait 4 days to get my money back and switch rooms once I got there because sofa and rugs had weird white stains on it if you know what I mean

Let us check in very early which was great because we needed to get ready to go to a wedding.

The ability to open the windows.
The carpets need a good steam cleaning, my white socks got filthy. The rest of the room was very clean. A small sponge would have helped wash my few glasses we used.

Staff at front desk was friendly and informative. The studio was got was clean and quite spacious for what we needed. Will definitely come back here

This has become our go to place to stay for Merrimack baseball. Close to the field. The rooms are spacious and clean. Quiet and peaceful hotel. Friendly staff.

Quiet area. Very convenient for us. Close to baseball field. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and spacious. Really like dispensers for soap and shampoo. Was very environmentally friendly. Unfortunately people above us were quite loud. Otherwise would have been a perfect stay.

The woman who was managing the breakfast during my stay was an ABSOLUTE JOY to be around! She greeted every single person with a huge smile and hug and wished everyone a merry Christmas. She made complete strangers feel like family. I wish I could remember her name but this woman deserves a raise; we need more people in the world like her!

The pillows were so uncomfortable but what was more concerned was the mold in the bathroom. It wasn’t a little spot. It was a huge mold area.

On the website it stated a pet is $75 per stay when checking in i was told since i am staying 4 days instead of 3 day the dog would be $125 instead of $75. I was later charged a extra $100 in fees on top of the extra $50 for the dog. The trip was for Thanksgiving .I just didn't like the extra $150 in fees and i donot plan on staying at the hotel in the future. Great hotel but read the fine print on the fees by the time i check out i ended up pay a total $225 in fees. $75 extra for the dog was what i was expecting not a extra $150 on top of that.

It was conveniently located to I93 and I495 and in quiet location...Fan controls and climate controls not working properly and bathroom paper products not fully stocked and in-room channel guides to TV not accurate.
