I was very surprised and I have been to other Holiday Inn hotels and I have never had such an ugly experience. I was in room 300 and the people who were in the room next door had music playing from 12 am until 5 am, shouting, fighting, banging. door bad words the music was super loud it was impossible to sleep I WAITED FOR THE PERSON IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL TO DO SOMETHING OR AT LEAST TELL THEM SOMETHING TO KNOW THAT THERE ARE MORE PEOPLE RESTING!! I was afraid they hurt more than two people, very very bad experience.

The staff was pleasant but the property is older and in need of some updating. Convenient location right off the interstate but the area did not look very nice. Good for a one night stay but the price was as much as a nicer hotel so would not stay for an extended stay.

Convenient location to main highways. Plenty of food and shopping. Found the grounds fair outside. Carpets need a good cleaning. Staff courteous and helpful. Great continental breakfast

As others have said, terrible signage to find the road into the property. Turn into the Dunkin Donuts and you can drive to the hotel which is behind Dunkins.

Although they had our reservation and our OneKeyCash was used for the stay, at first the hotel did not accept it, which caused an uncomfortable and embarrassing delay. Ultimately it was handled but what a hassle.
On the other hand, the coffee was good and the breakfast had many choices including "grab and go" options.

Not bad for the price I guess. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We originally booked for 2 nights but left after 1 night and went to a hotel with more amenities at a better price.

The cleaning ladies are lazy. God forbid you try to sleep till 10:00 am. They won’t come back to clean your room. But they are quick to get you out of your room on the day of check out.

Although we stayed 1 night, hotel staff was very pleasant and hospitable. The room had a pleasant scent as soon as you walked in and was clean. Complimentary breakfast was delicious! Overall, we had an excellent stay!
