Everything was super clean but some areas like walls and ceiling needs repairs. Price is good, location as well.

The AC was so noisy, I couldn't sleep. Plus the other guests were yelling in the hallway, and slamming doors until 1am. The sheets were not fresh and clean; smelled like "other people". The room was musky, humid, and smelled like mold.

Friendly staffs and quiet location. Kids loved the breakfast choices.

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms could have been cleaner and the towels looked old and discoloured.

Overall we were pleased with the property, the only thing is Expedia stated a queen size bed, attendant at property stated queen bed, but bed was actually a double size. Bed we got was not a queen size at all.

Good be they can do better

Our bedroom was rather beat up. Mirror in bedroom had finger prints all over it. Something was poured down the back of door. Safety latch on door was missing. Window was broken. Finger prints on microwave. Room 224

Staff was friendly, the room was clean, shower was very good. Very good value for the money.

Was fit for my purpose and staff were cooperative

The building and rooms are a little tired, but it’s clean and friendly. Pretty much what you would expect for the price.

The place is not appealing to look at, however the service was efficient and pleasant, and the room was very clean. Very old hotel and furnishings, but quiet and clean. I would stay again, as it was good value for a reasonable price.

My husband and I visited your property for one night in order to stay while attending a concert in the area. We had asked for an early check-in at 1:00 instead of 3 and were quickly contacted back with a response, which was great! When we arrived at 1:00, we only had to wait a few minutes for our room to be ready. After we got our room, the experience was adequate, but not great. We found the space quite run down, from the appearance of the outside to the foyer, hallways, and room. The furniture was worn and stained, the wallpaper was coming off the walls, the pillow cases were discoloured, the flooring had a lot of chunks out of it, there was dust and cobwebs coming out of all of the ceiling and wall vents, and we just weren’t confident in how well cleaned the rooms were regularly kept. The continental breakfast was very sparse and not presented in a tempting manner. We opted to go elsewhere to grab a bite. The location would be ideal, if the property was a little better maintained, and visually appealing. I feel as though, if I would have driven by before booking, I may not have! I wish you the best in the future of your business, and hope that you take your customer reviews into consideration to help with future success!

Nice place to stay depending on the room cheaper the price cheaper the room. Will be paying a little higher price next time to get a better room

Made a late night last minute stop at this hotel. Rooms are definitely not what is shown in pictures. Hallway smelled moldy. Extremely dated furniture, electric lamps, curtains. Wallpapers are coming off the walls. I found ants on the bedroom and bathroom floors. Bath towels looked like they had been washed for the 1000th time...looked extremely old. They provide the bare minimum to guests. No water bottles in the room. Breakfast was far below expectations. No hot breakfast, only bread and cereal. It looks like they buy their coffee cups, tea bags and sugar supply in bulk from Costco. Other hotels would provide individually plastic-wrapped coffee cups but not this hotel. And they provide a zip lock with some tea bags and sugar. Didn't use them because of cleanliness concerns.

No comment ,but a better variety for breakfast.
