Stayed 1 night was just visiting family in the area. Check with a very nice man , great customer service , check in was a breeze. Our room was a King bed with an office table, sofa, mini fridge and room with plenty of space. Bed was very comfortable and clean & tidy. Great layout for breakfast in the morning. The lady that checked us out was super friendly and fast overall a very great stay with great customers service. Would stay again next time we are in town.

Room 303 smelled extremely musty. Carpet could use a good cleaning, tub was dingy. Clean bed, close to airport. Did have some traffic noise, but not horrible.

The rooms need an overhaul. There was an old mildew smell in our room. I advised the front desk she gave me another room to look at. It had the same smell. So, we bought some air freshener. Also due to a flight delay, we checked in a day later and it couldn't be adjusted because I paid for it through Expedia. The staff, top tier!!

Property is a little dated. With a somewhat recent mid level remodel. It is clean and in a nice area with plenty of eating options close by. I would stay here again.

Our room was very run down. There was water damage in the bathroom, in the kitchenette, a broken closet door, old furniture, just...old and worn. Needs a complete refurbishment.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly however going up to our room was a different story. The hallway carpet is stained so badly. Didnt feel very clean at all. Got into our room and the bathtub had brown stains on the bottom. The pool was closed and completely green. We immediately changed hotels and didnt get a refund but at least we felt comfortable taking a shower elsewhere and our kids were able to swim!

The property needed updating. The furniture was worn and outdated. The tub was stained and there were spots on the walls and drapes. There was also an odor in our room. If we had planned to stay another night I would have gone to another hotel.

The bathroom is in a very bad condition it has black mold on almost all the ages and brown mold on the floor of the tub, also the breakfast was very bad. In the other hand the front desk staff was super nice helpful both shifts great customer service I interacted with 2 gentleman and a lady 5 stars to them specifically the gentleman that was at night.
