Lovely little spot. Smokers all around us and that was very unpleasant. Our unit smelt like smoke if we left the door or window open when the two gentlemen in the next two units smoked and one of them was quite a chain smoker. Unit 1 had a bad odour on entry but that did dissipate- not sure what it was. I would stay again though cause it’s a lovely little spot with lovely gardens.

it was ok for a overnight stay but there was to much light coming into the room hard to fall asleep. I was not happy that they took the payment out of my account before we arrived as I booked 3 rooms for 3 couples

I had a lovely two night stay. The room was large, dark and quiet for great sleeps! Lovely hot shower, fridge and microwave made meal time easy, and Pemberton makes a good hub for exploring the area. It's about 1km from the main street. Recommend it as a relaxing base

It was a great little place to stay at the right price. Breakfast facilities were nice with a relaxed ambience.

very nice country accommodation, a bit worn but clean and tidy. balcony with table and chairs, sat outside watching kookaburras in the trees. well priced and quiet.

Absolutely happy with my room. Beds were so comfortable. Room was peaceful. Was slightly cold due to the season but the heater sorted that. Having a kitchen was great. The state of the room was very clean and a high standard. The only downfall was being so cold and the water in the shower didn’t want to get hot but honestly it was a safe temperature.

When we arrived we were informed that the heating was broken and we had the smallest oil heater in the room as a replcement.We were then given another of the same size.It was pretty useless.We were not offered a discount on the room which we had prepaid and we also discoveted many rooms were in the same situation.

The motel is located near the Karri forest national park. We had a large room which was clean and had all we needed. We did walk down to the local hotel for dinner, the return was fine for us but was a reasonable uphill walk.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely little motel. The room had a balcony overlooking pretty lawns and it was very peaceful. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

Overnight in Pemberton. Karri Forest is a good motel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Manager gave us good suggestions about what to see and do and where to eat. Very happy!

A beautiful place and a lovely well equipped room. A very nice pool.

Nice grounds. I have never encountered rather forceful statement that you will be charged if you don't wash coffee cups. Similarly threatening statement re $40 extra charge if you happen to overstay past checkout time. The house rules left unwelcoming feel. Otherwise ok.

Room info was thorough - I had read other people complain about not having things in the room, access to gym etc... but if you read all of the room info supplied - it tells you all of this and how you can obtain the things you want. :)Pool was amazing! My son and I spent lots of time there - was very clean and solar heated. We could even swim when it was overcast!BBQ area was sensational - you are provided with a top of the range BBQ, all your utensils and cleaning products, oil and salt! The BBQ worked well and we loved our dinner sitting at the outdoor eating area.The pool and BBQ are in the centre of the complex. which makes it really easy to access. Lawns are beautiful.The room - whilst old - was clean and comfortable. The TV's worked well and the free WIFI was faultless. There were some things that I had read about Room 10 - dripping shower, noisy fridge etc. We did experience this and whilst it would have been better without those things - it didn't really bother us. Depends what type of person you are I guess?The parking is really tight - but it's the way it was built and everyone just gets around it. Again, it was one thing I had read about in other reviews - but to be honest.... it is no big deal. You just take extra care when parking! :)Overall, we had a really enjoyable experience here, and would not hesitate to recommend to families.
