The breakfast was wonderful, and a real treat to be waited on with warm toast, coffee and tea! Kids loved the juice, muffins and yogurt and fruit! What a lovely service to provide! Nothing was too much trouble. The beds were the comfiest we all have ever had away from our homes, and the use of the fire pit was fantastic. Hot water bottles were also well-used! Plenty of room for all of us in the living/dining area and a huge front garden. The location was perfect, the kids were able to go out and explore and ride around. Our hosts also provided us with camping chairs to use around the fire pit, which was great!

The only thing we found hard was not having an oven or air fryer, especially travelling with kids. However, the BBQ and microwave came in handy.

The Serenity House is in a very lovely location in Pemberton and immediately gives you the feeling of being close the nature in a very lovely cosy house. The feeling of being on leave to relax comes very quickly, also the interior being vintage and lovely organized makes it something special. The host Cat+Jon are being great at checking, and providing guidance on the local restaurants, potential routes, and trips to the surroundings. The breakfast is amazing everything is freshly prepared, has good variety, and most importantly delicious. It’s a good spot to spend some nights at Serenity’s house and check out the area, down south! Thanks again for a great time!

Absolutely amazing - home made bread and muffins, yoghurt and fruit and copious amounts of teas and coffee!

A separate toilet and or additional bathroom would have been great however the layout of the bathroom and bedrooms does not lend itself easily to this.

Good continental breakfast, good bowl of fresh fruit. Would be nice to have the option of a cooked breakfast if desired.

Requires a car to access cafes and restaurants in Pemberton but would expect everyone to have a car. Nothing to dislike, hosts were very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I stayed here with family members for three nights, and we all had the most wonderful and relaxing time. Serenity House is immaculately presented and cosy. Cat and Jon are amazingly welcoming and accommodating hosts, and every breakfast provided was healthy, fresh, and delicious. Their own living area is under the same roof, but in a totally separate part of the house from where we were staying, so they were never intrusive. We hope to return, and we will definitely recommend the place to our friends. [Of note, but not a criticism, 'complimentary toiletries' do not include toothpaste and toothbrush, so next time, we'll make sure to bring our own.]

Serenity B&B is scenically located among the trees on the edge of Pemberton just a short walk from the centre. The hosts John and Cat respected our privacy but were exceptionally friendly and helpful providing useful information and tending to our every need including a scrumptious breakfast of home grown and homemade delicacies. We had a whole house to ourselves which had a warm ambiance and was very comfortable. it was a very pleasant couple of days.

Cat & Jon were amazing hosts. It was a beautiful house with great facilities and closer to all the amenities and tourist attractions. Breakfast was really good and the serenity spa treatment was very impressive. The hosts took great care of everything and made us feel special and our stay was quite memorable. Highly recommend this place.

Everything, were warm welcome by Cat & Jon, rooms were clean, beds were cozy, breakfast was awesome including cup cakes, home made toastie, yoghurt, fresh fruits, milk and juice, coffee/tea.

If I have to say one thing here, one bathroom might not be sufficient for 6 people, however this might not be the issue any more as an extra bathroom with bath is on the way.

Hosts were lovely and will go out of their way to help, even giving us one of their own pots to cook with but also very discreet and not intrusive. Very good communication from the hosts and local knowledge. Juice, coffee/tea, home made bread, granola, yoghurt, cake and fruit provided for breakfast were so yummy and filling. Beautiful house and garden. Loved sitting on the veranda watching the birds. There is a gas bbq and cooker on the veranda. Comfortable beds and furniture. Water filter for drinking water You place all your dirty dishes in plastic tubs and Cat and Jon will collect them in the morning and clean and return them to you. No fighting over who is doing the washing up!

Not a negative but just to make you aware that downstairs is the lounge and dining room, upstairs are the 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet and a kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, toaster,, pod coffee machine, water filter and crockery and cutlery. The only sink is in the bathroom. We did all our cooking on the bbq on the veranda. A little difficult with 6 adults needing to shower and use the toilet. Cat and Jon live in a separate part of the house. Also my fault for not checking but there is no laundry.

Beautiful house and garden, super comfortable, the log fire was so nice on cold nights. Cat and Jon could not have been more welcoming and helpful, yet perfectly discreet. The breakfast was perfect, freshly baked bread was delicious!

Nothing we didn't like about Serenity House and would highly recommend to anyone staying around Pemberton.

We were lucky enough to spend 3 nights at Serenity House when in Pemberton for a wedding. Cat and Jon are the perfect hosts, very welcoming with great knowledge of the local area. The daily breakfasts are amazing with freshly baked bread, granola and homebaked goodies. The location is in town but not on the main street, its close to everything but you still get to see the local wildlife in the mornings. Beds and pillows were very comfortable with gorgeous linen. It was all the small touches, from the welcome message to the hot water bottles in the bedrooms, that made this the perfect stay. We will most definitely be back

This property is just beautiful, our host were so attentive but respectful of our time and privacy The linen was so fresh and comfortable, the gardens lovely and the large veranda was such a beautiful spot to sit and enjoy the property Water pressure was amazing too!

Hosts Cat and Jon were terrific, welcoming and friendly yet unobtrusive. The house is beautiful, parents and three kids had three very comfortable upstairs bedrooms, great living room with couches and a fire and all in a perfect position at the edge of the forest with kangaroos in the yard. Plus terrific breakfasts. We’ll be back.

Cat and Jon were so caring and offered everything they could. The setting was idyllic, the house was so cosy with a log fire. The bed was comfortable too. A great BBQ was available.

We'd have preferred to have a real kitchen. The DVD and TV wasn't well set up so we had to fix it ourselves.

Jon and Cat were wonderful hosts. Welcoming wood fire in our private lounge/dining and TV area. The house was spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable. Great breakfast. Parking on site.
