Well appointed hotel close to the airport with a free shuttle service, 24/7 reception and friendly staff

Wet nice. The room had everything we needed. Nice eating area. Shuttle to the airport! We would go back.

A large hotel that is well maintained. Our only complaint - they have a ventilation system that runs 24/7 in the bathroom that cannot be switched off. The rumble made sleep very difficult.

Amazing service, location was perfect and cleanliness of the entire hotel was amazing.

Eftpos and JetPark systems not talking to each other and at checkout staff tried to charge again for my dinner. Fortunately I had the eftpos receipt so they accepted that.This should have been sorted by the dinning staff as discussed with them. Poor sleep with noise of guests getting shuttle to airport in early hours. Certainly not worth the extra cost for the better room.

Free airport transfers. On-site Restaurant/cafe. All staff attentive and pleasant. Room spacious. Nice having a Pod coffee machine, and carafe of cold water in fridge (no minibar) which we enjoyed.

Stayed here on our way back overseas and had my family for dinner that night. Staff were really good and attentive, restaurant good and bar and outside area was a nice vibe too. Would stay again

First time here and it was just what we needed for our 1 night stay in Auckland, with parking while we took a flight for a few days. Because we booked through Hotels.com we had to pay $8 per day for the parking, but that was not an issue. It was perfect, plenty of parks, safe and extremely convenient to have the shuttle take us back and forth to the airport as well. Excellent facility so close to the airport. The room we booked was a Standard with Queen Bed. Yes, it was for 1 night, but.... a teaspoon instead of a wooden stick would have been preferable. Other than that, the small kitchenette was handy to make a cuppa. Bed was comfy, bathroom was really nice with good shower. The dining area was a great facility to have for our late arrival. The dinner was tasty, ample, good price and came in a good time. Service from the staff was excellent in the dining room, and the same in reception - couldn't fault them. Even though we didn't have any, there was also a nice choice of delicacies in the food cabinet if the menu was not what you wanted. All in all, would definitely stay here again - great price for what you got. Thank you!

I was traveling with two dogs. When I checked in, I was informed that the room I had booked was not pet friendly (my mistake). The lady at the reception was lovely and really helpful and managed to upgrade me to a pet friendly room. Amenities were very clean, the beds were super comfortable, the large TV was easy to use... Everything we needed after a very stressful day with dogs in an airport.

Free airport shuttle. Lovely welcome and nice to have an upgrade. Our room was spacious, nice bed, and had great amenities - pod coffee, recycling bins, scales in the bathroom (you can stand on them & check your bag weight). The Hotel has dining options and friendly staff.

Extremely small room, didnt end up staying as do small was claustrophobic.

Stayed in superior room. Bed was very comfortable. Appreciated bathrobe and pillow menu. Dinner and breakfast is always very good here. Have booked another night for later in year.

Loved the bed after a long flight and the bathrobe and the room service. The hotel is a 10 in my opinion for cleanliness and service. I totally recommend Jetpark Hotel to everyone.

It was underwhelming. Checking in was bedlam bc hotel had bus loads of cancelled flights with airlines. It was madness.

I love that we can park our car, stay the night , catch the shuttle to the airport and on return shuttle back to Jet Park, our vehicle is ready to leave . So convenient without the hassle of asking someone to drop off and pick up on return. Excellent service. I recommend everyone to use Jet Park. So easy

For our late check in off overseas flight & early morning start was perfect. The pick up & drop off was also great.

I have stayed at Jet Park a few times and find a warm and welcoming hotel with easy access to where I need to go. The restaurant services are generally very good. This time however, I was upgraded to a ground floor room and the noise from a loud machine, industrial aircon unit on a wall beside my room or similar, kept me awake most of the night even with tissues in my ears and a pillow over my head. It was very loud! I will use this hotel again because generally it meets my needs but I will request a quieter room.
