Nice location steps away from Retiro park and steps away from posh Serrano. The hotel should be better if it had a gym and a real desk in each room. On these desks which is more like a tiny couch you can't work. The hotel rooms are cleaned but due to everything black it appears there is dust everywhere. It is also not pitch black when the lights are off which made sleeping difficult as there is a green light close to the door that you can't turn off

Very disappointed, because I left something in my room and they said didn’t find it, so that is that there stilling, and nothing worse than that

We only stayed one night while in transit. However, there's great dining options, 5th Ave style shopping, and Retiro Park within short walks in the neighborhood.
There are two grocery stores down the street - one Whole Foods type quality and the other a more common Kroger/Ralphs variety store.
We took our coffee and yogurt on the hotels rooftop and watched the sun rise on our only morning there. Beautiful views of the city.

The room size was nearly 13m2 not 25 as shown.
My room had the worst view in my life, the emergency stairs, for 250€!

Highly recommend this hotel if you like to be near Madrid center but in the center . It’s location next to Retiro park is ideal for Walks in the park . Like a 20 min Walk to main attractions and museums . Bonus was a wonderful rooftop bar and restaurant. Loved the sunsets from there !

Comfortable rooms with nice shower. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good, lots of food and access to the park right from the hotel was nice. Really all we needed for a stay in Madrid!

This is a 3 star hotel at best. I do not recommend it and will not stay here again. The lobby is as good as it gets. Great first impression. But once you get to your room, the space is tiny and not thoroughly clean. Dated and lacking polish. Overall, the furniture and decor should be updated. The bathrooms should also be cleaned better between guests.

Amazing choice close to Parque del Retiro. Excellent service (got a free upgrade!) and facilities (though a bit small, pool was great). Excellent room and amenities.

Electricity keeps on turning off. Twice when i was in the shower! I almost slipped getting off from the shower and all the hotel can say is that they can offer me 15% off in my next visit. I live in CA and we dont have H10 hotels.

Step into shower from tub is very high and would not recommend to anyone with leg or hip issues

Very convenient location … I loved that room was cleaned every day (many hotels don’t do it know with the excuse of covid). Comfy beds. Nice and kind staff. The rooftop (terrace) is great!

This is a lovely hotel with friendly staff and great breakfast. The rooftop bar is lovely in the sun, with delicious food and drink, albeit service is a bit slow.

Horrible hotel, the staff is rude and disrespectful. One outrageous example was when two unsolicited maintenance men entered my room without my prior consent when my daughter was undressed. The room was not ready at 2pm at the time of the check-in, there is no one to help with the luggage and, even though I booked a room with a queen bed, my room had two twin beds.

The service was not the best. Whenever I asked for something the answer was never yes. I.e can I have a pie of scissors? They said come get them at the lobby. I asked for a shot of lime juice for my water, they refused since the juice was already in a squeeze bottle (so?).
As soon as I arriba from an early morning flight, they put me in a room with the one next door getting the entire bathroom fixed. There was banging and hammering constantly. I had to wait to get a room change before I could rest.
When I stepped out to put my dad in the taxi, the front desk guy comes chasing me telling me I couldn’t leave without paying in a very rude way.
I could go on but I think you get the gist.

The rooms are outdated and very noisey. The lifts announce there arrival which if you have a room located near one, becomes a PITA at night:
It is not a tourist hotel as lots of conferences during the day use their rooms. Which in the evening means you cannot get a spot on the rooftop terrace. The staff are excellent and very helpful but the property lacks the H10 feel.

The H10 is an excellent hotel! It is beautiful, clean, and in a wonderful location. The staff are helpful and friendly and the rooftop restaurant/ bar has amazing views of Madrid and Retiro Park. I would definitely recommend the H10 for your stay in Madrid.
