A very enjoyable stay!

Great place to stay for 2-3 nights has lovely pool and great breakfast as expected in a large resort hotel.

This property is absolutely beautiful - especially the pools. The service is top notch. Everyone was so friendly. There are plenty of good restaurants on property. Breakfast buffet was excellent. I’d recommend renting a golf cart to tool around the property and surrounding area for some of your stay - we had a great time with that.

Views from room were nice, but you can tell the resort is getting run down. Pricing for food and drinks overpriced and not in par with quality.

This is a beautiful resort. The pool wilnds around the entire property. The swim up bar was a blast! The staff was friendly and helpful. The on site restaurants are fantastic. The pink shells on the beach are so beautiful! We had a fabulous time here!

The hotel was beautiful with tons of amenities and dining and wonderful beach access.

The property says it’s pet friendly but it’s not, you cannot take your pet everywhere and food it just not good. Extremely expensive for the service they provide and they charge. You $100 per night for incidentals

We had a great trip. Service was top notch and the property itself had a ton of things to do. It was great to see the wildlife walking around during all times of the day.

Beautiful resort. Room smelled a little musty. Amazing staff and golf course.

Wonderful hotel on the beach with sprawling pools (swim up bar included, could benefit from a slide or two- then would be perfect for families) and multiple dining options. The hotel and rooms are immaculate and the staff is super friendly. The beach is safe for swimming and has shade options but isn't the most beautiful- sand is fine but rocky in places and could benefit from lounges and umbrellas. The view, however, is incredible, with the offshore island keeping the bay safe and calm. Also a huge benefit that you can walk to the nearby marina shopping area with restaurants and stores and a wonderful cafe/dessert place. Overall a wonderful stay.

While the hotel still provides a comfortable stay and decent amenities, the exceptional service and meticulous attention to detail that once defined it seem to have waned. However, with strategic interventions and a steadfast commitment to quality, there's optimism that Los Sueños Hotel will emerge stronger and more excellent than in the past.

Overpriced for average to poor quality. More like a tourist trap. Staff was friendly though.

Too much money for a great view

Check-in was too quick, the front desk's reliance on a QR code linking to multiple, confusing PDFs for details was inconvenient. Valet parking was unresponsive, requiring me to actively seek assistance. Information about the children's passport program, which offers activities and prizes, was only obtained after repeated inquiries. At checkout, I was surprised by a mandatory $30/day amenity fee for services like digital photos and kayaking, which were not clearly communicated upfront.

Had issues with water shortages during the first night, but got compensation for the issues. the Herradura beach is not as beautiful as seen in the pictures, not a nice beach at all. The Los Sueños Resort is very nice and has lots of stuff to do.

This property has so many amenities and restaurants. Our room smelled like some kind of a cleaning substance.We appreciate the cleanliness but the smell was overpowering.

Amazing place to stay. Pool is awesome. Great food and service. Well worth the price. Absolutely stay here! Only thing. Not the hotels fault. Beach is huge but the water isn’t clear. This is an amazing location and the pool area is perfect. Staff is super nice. Rental cars there. Marina. View of islands. Great service.

I had to wait over 2 hours to get my room after the front desk said it might be an hour. Poor lighting in the room. Friendly staff. Limited parking for golf carts and no charging station

I felt like this property was a rip off from beginning to end. Everything is over priced and all of the taxes, resort fees, service fees, incidental fees, ad infinitum throughout the stay was ridiculous. All of the incidental charges were not explained at check in until my CC was charged. When asked to speak to a supervisor her response was "What do you want? Everything for free?" Very poor customer service and staff training. Would not go back.

Three main items of concern. Let me commence with the fact that this is my 6th visit to this property since 2011 and somewhat disappointing. Pool is in desperate need of renovation. As you swim, you will encounter missing concrete, calcium stained tiles, and general disrepair. Room AC is set to save energy/money...if you don't get staff to change background min/max settings the unit will never really get cool (can only get to these if you know how), they will have you in a warm room and hope you don't complain. Encountered two restaurant staff on two different days which were less than friendly and seemed "put out" to do their job. Also watch out for the timeshare sales folks, they call themselves "concierge" but when I asked them to perform customary concierge functions they explained they don't do that. Instead they try to convince you to hear a "presentation" and don't want to take "not interested" as an answer. All else was good.

Lovely hotel. We stayed here for one night on way to airport. Staff were excellent and friendly. Food was high quality. This is a big complex but maintained well and lovely to relax by the beautiful pool before our flight.

Great food. Room service was on and off. Desk help was hard to get! Loved my room and bed!

Air conditioning was hot in the room. We called every day to let them know. They promised they would send someone to fix it and that manager would call us. The manager never called. They didn’t really show much care for us being hot. They did not offer to change our room. They were very indifferent about it. When I left I told everything to the manager. She apologized and was indifferent again. We gave up !
