Staff is very polite, but the maintenance is not good, specifically the rooms with the balcony, very very poor,
My first impression was quite good, but 2nd one is not so good, property is not well Maintained
Vegetarian food in practically is very poor, my last visit also I mentioned about it but no improvement
However the area is very good, open and safe

This is my second time staying at this hotel and it's suburb. A five minute Tuk Tuk ride to the Phnom Penh night market, which is great for shopping. You can also catch a river boat ride in the evening. I will be back here again.

I enjoy this hotel very much close to the river and the Phnom Penh Night Market. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. They have àn excellent restaurant and the prices are reasonable. I will stay here again.

Wasn't the best night's sleep, bed was a bit hard and there was quite a bit of external noise.
I'd stay again, at the right price, but I don't feel the quality of sleep would have justified the full room rate.

I stayed at the hotel for three nights. It was a very nice experience, a very clean and confortable hotel. Very good internet connection that allows us (three colleagues) work without problems. The only thing that i missed was some gluten free bread at breakfast since i asked it advance. It was ok but it could be better to know that they could not provide it.

Great service fromthe Staff, I think they put me in a room as far away from the works as possible as I only heard the odd bang. Its noticeable that Reception is very modern and the room floors are a little dated. Room very good, view of Wat Phnom. Good string shower. All very good.

Staff was friendly, accommodating & professional. Hotel/room is very clean & with great amenities not to mention the resteraunt has good food. This was our second time staying here so we treated ourselves to a room w/ a patio.

Great hotel this is much more like a North American hotel than a typical cambodian hotel everything was nice and modern and clean. Great Wi-Fi staff spoke English and very close to everything as it’s very central. I highly recommend this hotel

This hotel is always clean with excellent bell service. It's across the street from the US Embassy which make it convenient to handle diplomatic business.

Construction outside of hotel was inconvenient but other than that it was a good stay

Good but old hotel, some nice features that made it charming, But a huge construction project directly in front. I wasn't loud and didn't disrupt my sleep, but doesn't look very nice when you walk out the front door. There is an old bar with a lot of charm, seems like a blast from the past.

Centrally located, but quiet except for some renovations they were currently undergoing. Had a upgrade for us as well as connecting rooms requested, although they no longer have complimentary airport shuttle

Very nice hotel, close to everything. Breakfast was good, service was excellent! The rooms are in need of renovation but clean. The WiFi was not up to par at all. I would stay here again though.
