Broken elevator, broken swimming pool, ironing board had no pad, refrigerator leaks, breakfast was horrible. Cold stale biscuits, “eggs” floating in water. I won’t be staying here again.

When checking in, the front desk person was not friendly. Not mean, but not nice. We checked into our room and realized they did not give us the king suite we reserved and paid for. Went back to get the correct room and same flat affect from the front desk. No apologies for the mix up. Went to the correct room. It was nice and large but the living room area with sofa had no light. Pretty dark in there with only a couple small lamps. I understand wear and tear to furniture and paint on walls but I had to wipe out the microwave and clean up the bed table that had something on it. Maybe not a huge deal but makes me wonder what else was not clean if these visible things were missed. Breakfast. Went down at 830 am on Sunday morning and there was a small amount of eggs, half a sausage patty, one biscuit and maybe enough gravy for that. No waffle mix at all. I asked the front desk and she was very nice and guess she was doing 2 jobs. We left and decided to get breakfast somewhere else. Oh, and the pool is 100% empty and shut down. Thats a bummer too. I would have talked to management but didnt seem like there was anyone around except for these 2 people. Pros: the bed was comfortable, good air conditioning and a nice strong shower (a little short but otherwise good).

I had to make a last minute reservation and was greeted by friendly staff. Super comfortable room, simple decor with everything I needed!

I did not like the fact that i picked a motel with a swimming pool and hot tub but was not made aware that it was down for maintenance. Kinda irritating and if i would have known that i wouldve got a room elsewhere

The room was not as described. Was supposed to be a suite with a seating area, was not. The pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance but that wasn't noted on the site. There were piles of trash on the side of the building.

Easy access to dining and shopping. Cobwebs in windows. Storm window taped into place. Rooms smelt damp and were humid. Right next to train tracks.

Staff was helpful and friendly

You could tell that the rooms had been recently updated with LVP flooring, new paint and furniture. The bathroom fixtures - sink and countertops had not although everything was clean and in working order. The hotel is on a busy road without a side walk which made walking to nearby attractions like coffee shops, farmers market and downtown a little periless. None the less, we enjoyed our graduation weekend at MHK and had a comfortable stay.

The staff was very nice and helpful! The rooms were fine - not super clean. Queen rooms face the train tracks which is not great. Good location.

I went to my room to get settled and found that there was not a hair dryer in the bathroom, so I went to the front desk and asked. They could not believe and went to my room to see. I was right, no hair dryer. They gave me one but a bit awkward as it was to hang on the wall. I was able to use it. The room was fridged and I had to turn the air down and the temp up in the room. The best part was the breakfast in the morning. Very nice stay.

Trip for a family funeral. Room had what we needed and good location. Train tracks very near but brought back childhood memories listening to trains travel past.

We found the breakfast very disappointing. The rolls were froz. No waffle mix in machine. Lady went to get some. Never came back. Bananas were brown & no other fruit. Our room was #204. It had a toilet for a child. So low to floor - we had to have help getting up off of toilet. It should be in kindergarten room. The A/C heater fan 24/7. So noisy. We were disappointed for sure

Our room was dirty, sheets were dirty a cigarette burn in the comforter crumbs on the counter bathroom had hair and all. Location is good overall. Usually I rather leave no review over a bad but I am writing this review because no pool or hot tub could have gotten a room half the price but figured my kids could swim. You can tell the pool has been closed for a long time with things with price tags and wood at the bottom of the pool. Reallly couldn’t believe they shouldn’t advertise a pool and hot tub when there is neither.

At the time when we went they were doing renovations so there was so swimming pool or hot tub and the water line broke so no breakfast. We got a suite and there was zero lighting in the room and the plug in wouldn't work for my cpap machine. The staff was very pleasant though and truly felt sorry for the conditions of our stay.

Staff was very rude, seemed like that hated Americans for some reason. The location may seem nice but upon further inspection it's in fact not nice at all. We found disgusting bedding, and pubic hairs in our towels just to name a couple things. I'd highly recommend finding a different place to stay.

Booked room for 2 queen beds. Got 1 king. My confirmation clearly said Queens, they would not accommodate what my confirmation said and what i actually booked.

The pool was not available.

This place is underground renovations and it is hard to do that and continue to operate at the same time. The staff was friendly and engaging. Our room was fine. We stayed just one evening. It was at a good price point and in a convenient location.

Advertised having an indoor pool. Sign at property says INDOOR POOL. Pool doesn't look like it's had a drop of water in it in 5 years. Breakfast was slim pickings and eggs were mostly water.

Hotel pictures on site were deceptive, hotel was run down and no pictures on walls, or lamps. Signs were taped to walls, bathroom had hair and possibly blood on floor and in shower.

The breakfast was cold and the bread and beagles were very hard. Just improve that. The pool area was closed due to remodeling. The hotel was very clean they are pet friendly ❤️ If needed will most definitely stay here again.

the staff was friendly enough. the room was dirty. the shower/tub still had opened shampoo bottles in it. the toilet had urine stains all over it. black hair strands and crumbs all over the tile floor in bathroom. beds were outdated and uncomfortable. spring mattresses suck. breakfast was stale, old and gross. the walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING in your room. from upstairs to hallways. basically a place to lay your head at night and shower. i wouldn’t stay again.

Very friendly staff! We were greeted kindly. The facility is undergoing some renovations. Unfortunately there is a train track directly behind the hotel that is pretty loud and you will feel it passing by if your room is adjacent to it.

This place is a dump
