Staf very friendly.. I slipted getting out of the shower and they took care of it fast.

It was very comfortable to stay. It's.convinient to go around and to go to the airport.

I reserved annd paid extra for a delux suite with one full size and one twin bed. Check in was fine but room had one king (it was advertised at a lesser price than the delux). Went back down to get the room I paid for, they said “sorry, no delux. Only 2 twin beds. Said if I needed more bed space another 2k pesos. :/ I took the 2 twins. No discount. Didn’t get what I paid for. The escalator is broke. The pool is nice. The breakfast buffet is great.

I had an excellent experience with everything at the hotel with the exception of the gym. The equipment in the gym needs to be updated.

Everybody was great. Early check in was great. Shuttle service to and from the Hotel was awesome. Make sure to tip the hardworkers.

We have requested for the Shuttle Bus but it did not arrive.

I paid a superior king bed but because I always checked in late and they give me 2 single bed I’m so dis appointed. Being a regular customer this is un acceptable.

We like to stay at the Waterfront Airport Hotel because it is walking distance to the airport. Domestic flights are across the street, and International flights are a few blocks away. Their restaurant has an excellent breakfast buffet and outstanding service. But the hotel shows a sign of aging. It needs new carpeting, the plumbing needs work, and the toilet takes a while to flush. I had to remove the drain cover because it didn’t stay open. The hallway smells moldy. I wish they had more electrical outlets for laptops, cell phones, and power banks. However, inside the elevator, they have UV sanitation that kills viruses so as not to spread. The Waterfront Airport Hotel is a good hotel that needs upgrading.

It’s convenience if you have an early flight and the are very friendly.

The ride from the airport was great, good service, short & sweet time wise. The building is under construction upstairs & they politely let us know on all the info & after checking in, so no problem. The breakfast buffet is always incredible, you won’t find a better choice or anything close to this price.

Great location next to airpprt

We stayed here because it was closed to the airport as my husband was in and accident and broke his foot and we need to fly out in a few days. I will tell you it was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is curtious, helpful and welcoming. The best part of this hotel is they have a clinic within the hotel. We had a nurse (Jess) our first night come to our room to help change and clean my husbands bangles. She was very gentle and caring. She recommended we go to the hospital the next day. When we got there the only way they would see him would be to admit him overnight. We decided not to do that and went back to the hotel where I spoke with another clinic nurse Jonnah and she got in touch with a doctor via video call. He prescribed antibiotics and prednisone for swelling. I went across to airport pharmacy and got antibiotics but they were out of prednisone. I went back to hotel clinic and Jonnah called Jess and she picked up meds for us on her way in to work. I cannot say enough about these two nurses who provided us with the best care and services. We feel blessed this hotel had a clinic and provided us with wonderful staff to help us through this unfortunate situation. When in Cebu, I would not stay anywhere else!!!! Waterfront Airport Hotel has the staff to really take care of you!!!

The place was great. The room was quit and cozy. The staff where very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall not good enough for the declared classification. Room was smelling of mould (probably because of the carpeting), also the shower was outdated with old equipment and bad water pressure. The room was not vacuumed durin our stay - we noticed it due to biscuit crumbles on the floor for 3 days… Good: friendly and helpful staff, free parking is nice, food is good, over average but not top class. Although in front of the airport, vey well sound isolated, we didn’t hear a single airplane lift of during our stay. Also, air on is very well cooling.

Great place to unwind before or after a long international flight. Easy access to airport and shuttle provided. Hotel is clean, quiet, great food and excellent staff. My go to every time I visit Cebu.

My second stay at airport waterfront. Very convenient to the airport only steps away. Staff is always great, food is good, although avoid the eggs Benedict, the muffin they use is a tasteless bun. The salmon is very good. The room is spacious, bed comfortable and Wi-Fi is good.

The pool, room and buffet were great.

It’s close to the airport and the staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. I never seen any of them cranky always pleasant. I highly recommend it.

Outside my window was the roof of the overhung building and it filthy with birds dropping right by the window

It was just very easy to stay there after our flight, just a quick walk to get there, and very easy check-in. Everything was very nice. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Everyone was friendly.

Across from airport, excellent service from top notch staff
