Received an excellent check-in service, the lady (Esther) was very sweet, friendly and helpful by introducing us how to get to the Opera House, Peddy’s Market and some other tourist attractions. The room was nice and clean, no balcony but with big windows for the view & sunshine. Only disappointed was their laundry room was out of service.

Restaurant was over priced - 3 bbq’ed prawns $28 - bit rediculous.

Impressive lobby presentation but the beds were very uncomfortable. Mattress on double beds was almost impossible for two people to sleep in due to the lumpiness and valley in the middle.

Great location, walking distance from the domestic terminal. Access to some convenience shops in close proximity.

Amazing hotel breakfast was nice too. I wish they gave more toiletries like body because there was 2 of us

This was a couple of nights after an overseas trip before flying back interstate.

The only good thing about this hotel is that the bed was comfy and the room was clean. There was no wifi access in the room and when I went down to the lobby the employees were not surprised and said that this is a common issue. The mini fridge was opened upon arrival and had nothing in it. The room service was unable to provide water bottles. The ice machine on our floor was broken. When the restaurant closes the employees claim there is a late night menu you can order from, wonton noodles, nothing else. One of the reasons we stayed at this hotel was the shuttle service, they don’t tell you that it’s $40 per person to use their shuttle. Our uber was less than $15. Very disappointed in this hotel. Had high expectations from others reviews, but never staying here again or recommending it to others.

Clean and convenient hotel. Good for a family going to/from airport. Great breakfast.
