The front desk associate was very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping associate I saw in the hallway was sweet. The room and bathroom were spotless.

The inside extra lock was broken. Our keys worked to the door when we first went in, but when we came back from a concert they didn’t work, we exchanged them and those ones still didn’t work. We had to be let in by the desk attendant. Then we realized that extra lock inside the door was broken. Didn’t feel very safe.

We booked king size bed with one sofa bed room but were assigned wrong rooms twice.( at the beginning,we were assigned to 2nd floor, we found that the room didn’t have a sofa bed, then we told the front desk, but she didn’t believe. We had to take a picture to show her. Then we were assigned to a room at 1st floor. We had to move luggage and our son from 2nd floor to 1st floor. Unfortunately the room at 1st floor didn’t have a sofa bed either. We had to take picture again to show her. Finally we were assigned to 2nd floor again and the room was just next to the 1st room we were assigned. It seems this hotel does not care about the customers.)Front desk service was not professional.

Terrible experience. Loud throughout the night. No pool towels...was told pool opened at 6. Got there at 830 and was asked to come back in hour cause it needed to be cleaned and balanced. Also charged more than stay was quoted.

The location was very good for where we needed to be. Close to restaurants like 5 minute drive with traffic. It had a pool and hot tub, the bad pool was not very clean. Hot tub was good thou. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom had dirt on floor other then that it was a good pick.

IT TOOK ALMOST 2 HRS TO CHECK IN, THEN THE KEY PAD WOULD NOT WORK IT TOOK ANOTHER FEW HRS TO FIX, I CAME BACK TO THE HOTEL TO BE TOLD THAT THE STAFF WILL HAVE TO BUZZ ME IN EVERY TIME GOOD BYE PRIVACY, BUT THAT NEVER HAPPED ONE OF THE STAFF MEMBERS FIXED IT KEYPAD. OVERALL UNDER STAFFED AND NOT PLEASANT EXPERIENCE FOR THE COST

The staff was very nice. Very helpful! But disappointed in the hotel itself. Did not have enough towels in the room for a family of four, the body wash was completely empty, no toilet paper supplied except what was on the one roll, no coffee supplies in the basket, etc.

Great front staff, clean and modern lobby. Pool houses reasonable. Lights in the hot tub were a nice touch. They gave us a room that bad not been cleaned. They came up and escorted us immediately to new room.

If you want a really nice hotel to stay at, this one is a really good choice. It did not disappoint. Great customer service, nice clean rooms, beautiful courtyard. Nothing bad to say about it at all. Rates were wonderful as well.

To be honest it was an ok stay but what I was disappointed about there was no breakfast included with our stay all surrounding property’s offered this feature also no complimentary coffee only an over priced Starbucks and high priced breakfast option for a family of 5 to have to pay we went off property to have breakfast at a much lower cost I will not select this property in the future. Because of this very reason sorry!

The people here are amazing. Kind and helpful. I’ve been traveling for over 25 years and this was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I will absolutely come back if given the chance.
