Lady that worked Saturday and Sunday morning was condescending and not helpful.

The rooms were nicely updated and the beds were amazing comfortable.

I didn’t like that the pull out sofa has no mattress cover nor was it ready for use. I also didn’t like the fact the charge a $150 deposit for the room on top of full payment.

There is some kind of separation in the hall way going to room 212 my luggage kept getting stuck

Location to downtown cleveland good

Room was not that clean. Air conditioner noisy, no cleaning service for spending 2 nights Did not even make bed or clean towels. Ice machine broke and soda vending machine empty. Called front desk and they told us to go 5th floor for ice and go over to Candlestone behind them to get soda. We were put in the hall of their convention sellers and it was noisy all night with them selling out of their rooms. I was given a $30 credit against my bill, but would not stay there again. I was told by desk when I checked out that they do not do room service for an overnight stay. We stayed two nights. Not just overnight.

Bar/Restaurant closed day I was there. Room was OK at best.

The location was excellent for the short drive to Cleveland Lake Erie location as well as downtown. The hotel has all the amenities and great destinations to relax and rejuvenate!!!
