We did not get the room that we reserved. We reserved a Deluxe King Suite with a king size bed and a sofa bed for our two kids. Upon check in, we were informed that the room didn't have a sofa bed and we were given one twin rollaway for the two children! When we asked for a second rollaway, we were told that they didn't have any more.

We were going to a cemetery and doing some fall colors tour too. Most rooms in the area were filled up but we did get a whirlpool suite for $193. Room booked at $249. Well the room was a little disappointing/ the king bed spread had stains on it and the sheets did too. We did not use the whirlpool in the room. I did use the main whirlpool and it was very hot and the jets did more bubbles that a jet of water. We left before breakfast that started at 6am..Normally I really enjoy Americann's. I guess as properties age items wear out.

Our room was clean and had everything we needed including a microwave and refrigerator, comfortable beds, and necessary toiletries. It was clean but did have an odd smell in my opinion. It was an added bonus to have a pool and hot tub to our accessibility until 11 pm and a free breakfast as well. I felt the pool area was a little outdated but everything did work appropriately. Breakfast had a variety of options and was very appreciative

Nice room size. Furniture in good shape. Room quite musty so asked front desk why; staff was asked to leave unoccupied room temp at 74 so rooms smelled more of human body oil (Febreeze would help). Every other aspect was varying degrees of very good to excellent.

We needed a nice place close to campus and the property was perfect. Great price and nice staff. Our family even recommended it to us as they had stayed at this location in the past. Carpeting was a little run down throughout the facility..but that was really about it. We are staying here again when we go up in October.

Hotel was in a quiet location close to gas station and other stores w/i walking distance. Pool was nice. Bed Comfortable-- it was an older hotel well kept. Price was maybe a bit high considering it was an older place. Breakfast was good, overall nice stay.

Check in was ok. Did not know about pet fee until check in. Refrigerator in our room was very loud ( compressor was bad ) other then that it was a nice spacious room

Uncharacteristically stayed in a suite with a jacuzzi, and it was excellent.😅

This a convenient place to stay, because is the only hotel that, the shadow stops by from the airport to the hotel. Plus i got a big suit and it was really comfortable and clean. And the breakfast was included. Menomonie dosen't have no public transportation like Uber or busses.

We reserved a king suite specifically so that we could have a separate living area for our children. We were told that it was over booked and had to fit 5 people into a 2 queen room.

Our room was musty smelling. Bathroom fan didn’t work and the room fan made the smell worse. We slept with the window open but the area around the hotel is noisy. The bed was uncomfortable and pillows were flat. The breakfast was tasty though and staff friendly.

The staff were so nice and helpful when we had a couple small issues. The room was a little musty but overall, it was a great deal. The breakfast was really good.

The front desk people said nothing but sign here. It was really loud with a large group in the lobby. Breakfast was minimal, had to ask for coffee, it was out. The bed was super squeaky just turning over, not comfortable. The room was clean. Great location, close to kwik trip.

I stayed in the superior suite for business trip and it was very quiet and clean. The shower was invigorating with a lot of pressure when changed to massage setting. The whirlpool filled up quickly. The fireplace had a great flame and didn't overthrow the room with heat. The staff were very accommodating and always had a smile on their face.

Very dirty! Had a hole in our bedding. We had ants in our bathtub. We also had a jetted tub in addition to the tub/shower. We used that and when the water drained afterwards there was a huge black ring around the tub so obviously the jets were filthy. We went out the second morning to do some shopping etc and when we came back they had deactivated our keys despite having paid for that night as well. Had to go to the front desk to have them reactivated, but what a terrible feeling to have all of your things in a room and then be locked out all of a sudden.

My room was clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable. It was all very pleasant. I just wish the fireplace in the lobby was working. I would have sat out there to read if it had been. The breakfast was adequate, the receptionist very pleasant.

The room I reserved over Expedia was not the room we
got. I’m not sure what happened with the reservation. It worked out but was a little disappointed.

When we moved the ottoman, there was 2 pairs of dirty socks and potato chip crumbs on the floor underneath the ottoman. The jacuzzi tub controls kept falling off, and the spout was really flimsy and was basically a copper pipe.

This place is pretty good. Great Breakfast, Nice staff.
Needs a few updates. Yet, worth it. The rooms bigger than I expected. Super helpful staff
